When I telephoned UPS an associate (I know the name) told me that my mailbox had been deactivated and someone else had the mailbox, regardless of the fact that I had paid for a full three months. After many calls I spoke to the Manager, Tracee, who assured me that my mailbox was still active and that she would promise to forward my mail to me. Eventually, I received my mail but I was too stressed out during that period which was completely unecessary.

I felt bad coming in so close to closing time but I needed to get the package out. Luckily they hadn't locked the doors yet and I was welcomed with a smile despite my bad timing. The service was very friendly and professional. The process was easy and was back in my car around 6:02. I wish I remembered the name of the kind man who helped me but I will always keep his kindness in mind when dealing with unfortunate circumstances. The one thing I will say, if you go to FedEx to ship a package it will probably not be the cheapest form of shipping. However, my packages always arrived safely and on time and that's worth the money for me! Toodles!
