My exterminator, Dominic Garcia, was respectful to me as well as my property. He saw a couple of wasp in a corner on the front porch building a nest. He zapped them immediately. He took his time thoroughly servicing outside and inside. He moved my grandson's mattress (he doesn't want a regular bed) to ensure he sprayed behind it and pulled mine out to spray behind it. * I started this review in summer of 2023, but forgot to post it. I have been a loyal customer ever since... I must say, after a slightly rocky start, I have been thoroughly impressed by Bulwarks commitment to customer satisfaction. I started noticing sugar ants in our kitchen last month, and after looking into several pest control companies, I went with Bulwark. There was a mix up with the scheduling on my first visit and they didn't come before I was set to go out of town which was upsetting since I didn't know how the big the ant problem would get while I was out of town. I called to cancel their service, and they completely owned the scheduling mishap and offered to give me a reasonable discount to give them another shot. The first time they came out, the rep, I believe his name was, Marcus was very thorough in explaining the treatment process and sprayed everywhere I asked him both inside and out. He even helped me get rid of some spiders that had taken over my daughter's trampoline enclosure. Unfortunately, I was still noticing some ants in our kitchen after several weeks. I called them again and they had someone else come out the next day free of charge. Thompson was just as great as the first rep. He told me they'd absolutely come out again free of charge if for any reason the ants keep come back, but was confident they were gone for good. Well it's been a couple of weeks now and I haven't seen any ants since the 2nd visit. What could have easily been a 1-2 star review is now a 5 because of Bulwarks commitment to getting the job done right! Would happily recommend to anyone in need of pest control! read more

Bulwark Exterminators have been to my house 3 times, charged me $400, and still haven't eradicated the ants. Every time they come they don't do a thorough spray and I always see ants again within hours after they leave. They also have charged my credit card without authorization. I highly recommend trying a different exterminator. Some of their other business practices are also highly suspect. read more

I called Bulwark because they had been recommended on NextDoor. I had seen what I believed to be termites on two separate occasions outside my front door. They responded quickly and were able to get out in a pretty timely manner. Mason and Matt both came and thoroughly inspected for termites, afterwards advising me on things I can do to keep them from munching on my house. I've had a monthly service with Bulwark Exterminating for probably 4 months now. They do a great job. Every month Shane comes to my front door with his mask on and asks if I've seen any pests around the house that he can take care of and if not then he goes around the outside of my house and does his monthly spray. He's very professional and the service only takes about 20-30 mins. I've had no bug problems on my property except for some ants at one point. Shane came out and did a special ant treatment and I haven't seen any ants since. Highly recommend this company for any pest service. Having the monthly service really helps too because I would forget to do it myself if it were up to me. read more
