The Bulwark exterminator named Aaron gets an A+ from my husband and me. After living in our contemporary Santa Fe home for 7 years, the ants must have heard about us and decided to visit. And swarm they did: into the kitchen!! Aaron arrived and looked over everything and determined how and why they had suddenly decided to hang out in our kitchen and pantry. He applied the first treatment and now, hours later, we still have no ants. He also explained the science and technology underlying the Bulwark choice of treatment for this problem. And he explained how we can summon him as many times as needed for a period of time if this problem is not solved with this one visit. We are very impressed with Bulwark's quick scheduling to help us, and with Aaron's 8 a.m. arrival when he was expected BETWEEN 8 & 11 a.m. Who ever heard of a service person/contractor, actually arriving on the dot of the "beginning" time frame? We are not easily persuaded to "trust" a new-to-us-vendor or contractor or service person, but Bulwark gets an A+++ thus far. read more

We were having issues with all kinds of little creatures, mosquitoes, black widows and knats were the worst. I called Bulwark, they answered my call, were friendly, and helpful in answering my questions and scheduling an appointment. After the first appointment, the difference is remarkable. No signs of knats, black widows or cockroaches. Mosquitoes are significantly better but still having some issues and Joshua Deale came out and treated my yard again. Joshua is a HERO!! I can't believe how brave he is!! I had a massive wasp nest behind the waterfall in my back yard. Easily 500 wasps. The hive was not easily accessible, either. These wasps are MEAN, as I have been stung multiple times and they would chase me inside my house! Talk about swelling! one stung me below my eye even! very PAINFUL! Josuha is so brave! Dustin came to my home for first time service with this company last month. Had a bad ant problem. Very knowledgeable, found the problem immediately, had some ants the next day, then gone. Problem taken care of. Wish I would have called them sooner. Joshua came out today and sprayed outside, and sent me a msg with Pic letting me know he was there & if I have any issues to let them know.
