We were looking to get some quotes on termite treatment and Bulwark was one of a few that we called…read moreafter seeing the positive reviews on here and them having good information on their website. They had good availability, were initially very responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. We did our research so we knew some questions to ask and the specialist that came out couldn't answer most of them. In fact, we were told it was his first time really doing this on his own which really didn't inspire much confidence. We asked for quotes for a few different types of treatment options. We only got a quote for one despite repeated attempts and it seemed because he wasn't knowledgeable about those other options and was going to check with his boss. There was no follow up on these. What really turned us off of Bulwark though was how predatory they are about getting you to sign up. They called both my husband and I multiple times a day for at least a month from some franchise call center. The frequency went down but it was almost non-stop for months. We were really hoping to use them for this specialized treatment and potentially sign up for their regular pest control services but the lack of follow through, lack of knowledge, and nonstop phone calls with high pressure tactics are a hard no from us. Cannot recommend.

Looks like Organic Pest Control is a complete waste of time to bother contacting this year.

After the call to Kevin, my credit card was hit for the second time in June a charge of $46.00, which apparently they charge you and bill you prior to any service being performed, and without your knowledge or authorization. This to me is quite disturbing. I called to cancel their service, and was told they charge a $50.00 to cancel a service they have yet to perform. They are also very pet friendly, super cautious to make sure nothing will cause harm. I'm an animal lover and have always had dogs and a cat. This is super important. I can't say enough positive things about this company. If you haven't tried them, you really should. There was a 4 hour window and we called to see when they were coming only to be told the person couldn't be reached but they texted them to ask when they were arriving. Another company couldn't / wouldn't work with our schedule. I saw Howie's fantastic reviews of Harmony and knew I had found the answer to our pest inspection problems! I emailed on Saturday, after the business was closed, but still heard very quickly from Matt, the owner. I'd definitely recommend calling Harmony and if we have any issues with pests in future, we will call them without hesitation.

I've been meaning to update this review for YEARS…read more Since our first appointment with Harmony Pest, we've never wavered from the company, never even considered it. New Mexico has a fine assortment of bugs, including a few that you really don't want to mess with, and Harmony has stepped up, year after year, to help us "manage" the critters. They communicate via text, messaging about a week prior to the next scheduled visit, and they're responsive to the texts you send them, like the time we had mutant mice running through the living room, the wasp nest on the fence, a black widow party on the porch, and most recently, the mid-January ant invasion. Not only was Dylan on time and extremely personable (including admitting that the attack on the Capitol was impacting his mental health that day), he was thorough. Masked and distanced, he surveyed areas of the room where the ants were entering, adding pet-safe plastic baits in well-hidden places, and he sprayed outside, as well. "If I should come back, just call -- I'll be here as soon as I can." This example isn't an outlier, it's the norm. This is a family-run local company that uses organic, earth-friendly products and they hire great people. Hire them. They also relocate honey bees.
