Cleaning his shoes before entering, after a snowy day before and dealing with the mud pit in the back. He was very cordial and explained everything he was doing, as well as just making small talk. He even mentioned something about the history of Truly Nolan and how the "mouse" car came to be. Being a vet was nice, too, since I am a vet as well.
