I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. Jason, the tech who did the inspection, was very professional. Cleaning his shoes before entering, after a snowy day before and dealing with the mud pit in the back. He was very cordial and explained everything he was doing, as well as just making small talk. He even mentioned something about the history of Truly Nolan and how the "mouse" car came to be. Being a vet was nice, too, since I am a vet as well. The inspection went well and like I said, very professional. Although I was expecting a lesser quality service, I felt like I got one of the more expensive type inspections, just at a discounted price.
