We did our research so we knew some questions to ask and the specialist that came out couldn't answer most of them. In fact, we were told it was his first time really doing this on his own which really didn't inspire much confidence. We asked for quotes for a few different types of treatment options. We only got a quote for one despite repeated attempts and it seemed because he wasn't knowledgeable about those other options and was going to check with his boss. There was no follow up on these. What really turned us off of Bulwark though was how predatory they are about getting you to sign up. They called both my husband and I multiple times a day for at least a month from some franchise call center. The frequency went down but it was almost non-stop for months. We were really hoping to use them for this specialized treatment and potentially sign up for their regular pest control services but the lack of follow through, lack of knowledge, and nonstop phone calls with high pressure tactics are a hard no from us.
