So very grateful for the folks at Harmony Pest Management! We are refinancing our house and needed…read morea pest inspection. One major company didn't show and left us waiting for 5 hours. There was a 4 hour window and we called to see when they were coming only to be told the person couldn't be reached but they texted them to ask when they were arriving. Another company couldn't / wouldn't work with our schedule. I saw Howie's fantastic reviews of Harmony and knew I had found the answer to our pest inspection problems! I emailed on Saturday, after the business was closed, but still heard very quickly from Matt, the owner. He scheduled us for Tuesday at a time that worked for our schedule because he knew the only thing holding up our refi was the pest inspection. They were awesome - friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We got a very thorough inspection and some great advice. I'd definitely recommend calling Harmony and if we have any issues with pests in future, we will call them without hesitation.

I've been meaning to update this review for YEARS…read more Since our first appointment with Harmony Pest, we've never wavered from the company, never even considered it. New Mexico has a fine assortment of bugs, including a few that you really don't want to mess with, and Harmony has stepped up, year after year, to help us "manage" the critters. They communicate via text, messaging about a week prior to the next scheduled visit, and they're responsive to the texts you send them, like the time we had mutant mice running through the living room, the wasp nest on the fence, a black widow party on the porch, and most recently, the mid-January ant invasion. Not only was Dylan on time and extremely personable (including admitting that the attack on the Capitol was impacting his mental health that day), he was thorough. Masked and distanced, he surveyed areas of the room where the ants were entering, adding pet-safe plastic baits in well-hidden places, and he sprayed outside, as well. "If I should come back, just call -- I'll be here as soon as I can." This example isn't an outlier, it's the norm. This is a family-run local company that uses organic, earth-friendly products and they hire great people. Hire them. They also relocate honey bees.

We hired TNT for mice removal. When they came and explained what they would do, it sounded great…read more We were very tired off the mice in our house. However what they said they would do and what they did was very different. One of the services we paid for was for them to clean and sanitize each area where there were mouse droppings. They cleaned about 1/3 of what we were told. The service person even saw mouse droppings that I pointed out and did nothing. We called the owner and he sent other guys out who agreed that the work was poorly performed. He offered us a small discount but would not offer more. When we said we didn't agree with that, he said we were threatening him and he refused to give us any money back. So we paid a good amount of money and only a small amount of the agreed work was actually done. I would be cautious in using them for mice removal because of our experience.

Their service reps are real nice guys but Amanda is better at bs sales and the owner is worse…read more After paying more for a prep service than the actual extermination service, I still have bed bugs after 4 treatments. The owner lies to defend pricing and does not care about resolving complaints. And, beware, they will tell you they need to collect a deposit but will charge you for the full service before they complete the job. It is obvious they have had a lot of practice defending poor service.

Around our house we really try to live with nature. I mean it, bees, wasps, snakes, birds,…read morerabbits... everyone is welcome at our place. Even skunks. Well, even skunks UNLESS they get a bunch of assitude and spray my big, 100 lb + dog in the face, when he wasn't even bothering them. That's right! Some black and white striped assh*** , took advantage of our wildlife friendly policy and sprayed the giant white dog. Now keep in mind that it takes 3 hours to bathe said giant white dog, and was 11PM at night, right when I was about to go to bed. As you can imagine, that skunk had got to GO! So we called Daniel, and he helped us out. For a very reasonable price, Daniel came right over and set a bunch of live-traps around the property. We caught our skunk on the first night with the help of Daniels secret bait (attracts skunks, not cats, or rabbits). Daniel kept the traps at our property for 7 days (checking them daily) just in case there was more than one skunk ,and sure enough, we got two more (its the North Valley, there are probably more skunks than people living here) later in the week. We are very happy with Daniel's professional, friendly service and reasonable prices. We really hope we don't need to call him back. Relocating wildlife is hard on the wildlife, and in my opinion, it should be a last resort, but if we get another skunk dead set on being a jerk, we'll definitely call Daniel again!
