AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Not only did my nail break in three days, extremely expensive and double the pay I would pay at home, but I was also shocked at how rude they were. I understand trying to upsell your customers but this company took it wayyyyy too far. I was told that they "cannot" do my nails with regular polish. After disagreeing a few times and standing up for myself, they finally did my nails with regular polish. Not to forget that they asked me 15 times after that to make sure I was positive with my decision. They said that with regular polish it will "chip in a day or two" If their regular nail polish should chip in a day or two- that is THEIR problem, not mine. Will never go back. read more

LOVE THIS NAIL SALON!!! The owner Aaron is so nice and does such a great job!! Angela does such a good job as well. All the other nail techs do an amazing job too! They are very welcoming and do so well with your nails. I will never go anywhere else. My experience at US Nails on Harrison Ave. is not a pleasant one. When I first went there, Aaron was polite and nice, but after I became his regular customer, that changed. He is a nasty little man underneath that pleasant demeanor, humiliating me out loud because for 3 visits, I had to ask him to repair a place on my nail that kept chipping for no reason. He said out loud "you can feel free to go to someone else. You complain about the same thing every time you come". Well, yes, this never happened before and he was angry that I even mentioned it. He thinks he's like a god and will not tolerate someone asking him to fix something that he didn't do a good job on. read more

This is a great nail salon. Very clean and the staff is great. They do SNS nails here, which is why I went. They have a ton of color options. There was a bit of a wait but there were a lot of people in the salon so that is to be expected. Everyone was great. Thanks US Nails. read more

The owner of this establishment was extremely rude he embarrassed me with a salon full of people became all I did was ask a question about the nail polish he helped me to choose he bacame angry and stormed into the back of the salon I asked what had happened he came out from the back and said that I was micromanaging him and he could no longer do my nails I spoke to his partner she said he didn't eat all day that's why he was treating me the way he was which is no excuse to treat any client the way he treated me today. Then he said I was being difficult and this is after two years of patronizing his establishment and almost fifteen years of being his client. I don't think I will be going back. The girl that worked on me acted like she didn't want to be there. She didn't talk to me at all except to get my nail color, and when I commented on the way my nail were not shaped the way I wanted them. She made me feal that I should say anything. I'm not happy with my color(which I did say didn't think it was the right one) and that my nails look miss shaped. read more

I came here with my sister and friend and they were SUPER rude. Obviously they talk to each other in another language that I don't speak. But I can tell and notice when they're talking about me or other customers. I asked the lady a question and she shook her head and immediately started speaking in their language to the other workers and I knew they were talking about me because they said a word in English. Not only talking but laughing and giggling, I'm assuming making fun of me?? It's honestly just disrespectful. If there's a problem just say it? Because now you aren't going to get a good tip or my service EVER again. Side note- the color I picked out was not the color I got. They need to always double check or at least describe what the color will look like on the actual nail. If I'm picking out a color that I like and paying so much money I expect the end result to also look the same. I just came to get my nails done and waited for 2 hours. I was told to get sns nails because what i wanted would of took longer... so i said that's fine not knowing it would be 15 dollars extra. I'm not one to go get my nails done, I'm a cosmetologist and have always done my nails myself (I'm very picky). I decided to indulge myself and check this place out. First of all it's so clean!!!!!! Furthermore everyone is so friendly, owner is amazing, and everyone seems very well trained. I've bnen a few times now and even took one of my girlfriends with me and she was very impressed. This place is a joke. The guy that did S&S on my nails seemed insulted when I told him that I was not happy with the job he did. I asked for simple Matte black snS. He even pointed to the matte color on the sample trays. But he went ahead and put a shiny topcoat on top last second without even asking me. I'm assuming because the matte was scratched up and uneven since he was so careless with the application. My nails were shaped so unevenly, even my friend noticed without me even telling her that I had a botched nail job. read more

Aaron has been doing mine and my sisters nails for Over two years now. We have consecutively scheduled our appointments out for 6 months in advance due to him being booked because No one else trusts anyone else there to do their nails. This past week, we had an appointment scheduled and we received a call from his receptionist stating Aaron was randomly going out of town and we would need to reschedule. We were told that we would hear from Aaron when he got back and he was going to fit us in for this weekend. We though, no big deal. He deserves a break. So we said okay. Now that he is back, we still haven't received a phone call. So, I reached out to him via text and he acted like he had no idea what we were talking about. He said he couldn't fit us in. Then, after talking with him he stated he "doesn't need this drama". Please correct me if I'm wrong, but how is this drama? This is how Aaron runs business. He gossips about clients and his employees all of the time. I thought of Aaron as a friend but it is clear to me that he thinks he is too good for anyone. I will never be going back here. I stopped in today for a pedicure and SNS. This was my first time here and the first time getting SNS..I am not happy with either of the services I received. The bottoms of my feet are worse then when I went in...they are now rough and cracked looking not just dry...My nails are sloppy and very lumpy...they look like something I could have done myself. I dont believe the technician actually knew what she was doing...she had to get someone else to shape them properly...this is the first time in a long time I had the extra money to treat my self....disappointing...$100 down the drain. read more

i was in town from LA for a wedding and one of my gel nails completely peeled off! in a panic, i went to this place and am so pleased i did! i couldn't remember what nail color or brand my salon back home had used, but the staff here was so helpful. not only did they seat me right away, but they spent the time and effort to help me find the perfect color to match. if you want a fast, efficient, and friendly experience i definitely recommend this salon! read more

Went in with a friend to get pedicures on a Saturday afternoon. They put us in pedicure chairs and we sat there for a good 10 mins with no indication of how long we'd be waiting. Finally a lady starts walking around with the schedule book and yelling out names like a roll call. We were called and raised our hands. 5 mins later another lady starts walking around doing the same exact thing. Okay, I guess that's fine. The pedicures finally begin and start out fine, but then after my friend states TWICE that she just wants a Pedi, no shallac or gel, the lady doing her nails asks again. A few minutes later the guy doing my feet and the lady doing my friends feet start arguing back and forth. The guy doing my feet is clearly very angry, even stops working on my feet a few different times to fling his arm up in the air to get whatever point across. Then 2 other workers get in on the argument- and this is during the "relaxing massage" part of the pedicure. Finally, we get to the end and he paints my toes and I get up to go to the dryer which is very tight quarters, bump my big toe and mess it up. I walk back over and say sorry, but can you redo this one. He does not redo it, he paints on top of it and then tells me to be more careful. For 65.00 dollars I don't think it's too much to ask to redo one toe. Once I got home I realized not only is there polish marks all over one of my toes, most toes are completely uneven and almost none of them have polish that is only on the nail. I went and bought the same color so I could redo the ones that are awful. Never, ever again.. read more
