One year later and I come back for a quick gel manicure. The manicure is fine but the setting is filthy. Nail polish is all over the wall, the floor is covered in dirt and I cannot stand that I'm here but my nails are already soaking......they are busy as hell! They have the income! I always get the pink and white nails, me personally I don't like gel/shellac I feel like it looks very thick so no opinion on that. Although, I do sometimes get their solar powder all over my nails, they have many colors to choose from and that always looks nice. I would highly recommended Tina or Kim, they sit right next to each other in the second row. I have had another girl once in a rush, she's always on her phone/has headphones in DO NOT go to her my nails looked a mess and uneven and went I went to get them fixed they said I needed to go to her or I'd have to pay. I ended up just paying, I was not going to let her "fix them." Pricing, always changes and they don't have a price sheet or anything like that kind of seems like they make their own prices so keep an eye on that.. Hmmm.... We made an appt. and I told them when I came in, my appt time has passed and yet they still are going down the waiting list. So as I sat there I noticed how dirty everything was from all the little hands all over the window/doors to the dust oh and the glistening cobwebs in every crack they had. These ladies and gent always get me in, no matter how busy they are. My French tip fake nails, , last forever. My eyebrows are kept nice and thick, although I do break out every time. They can't help that, that's my skins fault. They don't pressure me into getting my mustache removed. And well, I'm pretty satisfied they're not talking about me to the other ladies and gents. I drive 30 min (with no traffic, 45 min+ w/traffic) just to get my eyebrows done with Victoria. I moved to Austin from LA (Los Angeles) last year in June. It's hard to find good places to get your nails, hair, eyebrows, massage etc when you're new in town. I was still settling in this new city. In desperate need of finding a decent eyebrow place, (after going to 2 nail shops that butchered my brows pretty much) I figured - let me find someone with gorgeous brows at work and ask them where they go. Sure enough, it was a genius idea (if I do say so myself!) I was referred to US Nails by a colleague of mine who's brows were on point! She told me she lived far South - but my desperation pushed the obstacle of distance aside. She told me to ask for Victoria and I am ALWAYS astonished by how great she leaves my eyebrows! I feel transformed once I leave the shop. Now, being that I'm an LA girl where everything is very competitive I was not amused by the location of the shop or the inside. Needless to say, it's probably seen better days. Regardless, I will continue to come here every 2 - 3 weeks because I just adore how great my brows look! read more

I have been going here for many years. Nick and his crew simply take care of you. one time I just didn't like the way my nails turned out and I came by the next day to see what they can do for me and they gave me a completely new manicure for free. They value their customers and it shows. Recently I looked into other nail salons closer to my home because I felt like us nails was growing so quickly and getting so busy that every time I came in I was being rushed out... But in finding a new nail salon I was completely unhappy with my results and I ended back up at us nails where I was then given the perfect manicure once again. It doesn't look like I will be finding a new place to go for all my beauty needs, I'll just have to make sure I go on a slower day. Great pedicure! I can't complain about that at all. My feet came out looking great. A manicurist was having trouble with a client and I was switched to her for my manicure. She clipped my nails unevenly, got on her phone, and I left with bleeding cuticles because she scraped and cut them up. I can't recommend. read more

Sloppiest shellac manicure ever. Instead of just taking time with each finger it's a rush and mess all over the finger tip skin and then she comes back with acetone to "clean it up" after every application. I've never seen this done and what it makes for is residue all over each finger. Typically I will receive an actual manicure. She used the emry board for 15 seconds total for both hands and then file block for 30, used nippers for a minute then asked me to wash my hands - I think that was my manicure. 30 second lotion rub down on my hands after. Will not return. Nail salons are a diner a dozen and this one was not worth it. read more

I'm loving them! Ever since I tried them in 2014 and also tried other nail salon, I will always find myself returning the following month. They are the only ones who really cleans my nails (yes, like taking out my ingrowns!) And massage really great! I love em! The only reason why it is 4 stars is because of the location. I just left US Nails and it's the worst manicure I have ever received. She kept messing up and instead of fixing it, she added another coat of polish. I asked her twice to fix a few nails and she did bare minimum to get to her next customer. My cuticles also look awful. When asking to speak to the manager she gave me $8 cash as a refund. I was a walk-in, regular manicure, not false nails or gel. Manicurist touched my nails to test for dryness. Two nails were smudged, one in particular, with her fingerprint. Only because I mentioned it, she put a light coat of nail polish remover and tried to fix it with another coat of polish, still smudged. I expressed it. She said it was the lighting. She saw my expression and removed polish from both fingers to polish them again. She never smiled, from the beginning. I should have changed my mind because once I got in my car, three fingernails were smudged. I will never go again. It was my first time. Not impressed. SUPER RUDE & SUPER SUCK. Let me start by saying it started just a bit off and got worse. Here's what I recommend- call or go by and see if a lady named Lee(sp?) is working--if she is RUN away. That lady is rude, and has quite the bad attitude. I don't know what might be going on in that person's life but she obviously hates her job and I think she may hate people even more. She jammed that foot grater on my heel to the point that it made a hole! I walked funny for a week! She was very rough when doing both the pedicure and manicure. At one point she yelled at me not to look when she went to put my flip flops on, seriously who does that crap?? I happened to look down because I felt her start to put my shoe on, and she yells "YOU DONT LOOK AT ME!" I was really startled by this; it's just a reaction. I let her talk me into a shellac which I was not going to do as my nails were brittle from a previous shellac but ok fine. The lamp that they used kept burning to the point that I was scooting my hand back a bit and she starts telling me to keep it in there until I said it burns and that's not supposed to. She made a face....oh boy, then 15 minutes later she tries to talk me into a parafin wax...ARE YOU KIDDING??? UM NO.....I might have wound up with wax burns God knows where! After suffering her wrath from saying not to that I decided not to get my eyebrows or lip waxed--I didn't want to think about what horrors might lurk inside her if she messed with my face. Not going back EVER EVER EVER. I should have known better when I got to the shopping center and saw the place. Yuck. read more

I hate the way she did my nails I told her multiple times if she could resize them because they where too long and she ignored me. And when I told her I didn't like them she asked another something in Chinese honesty idk what language they where speaking no disrespect on that but after she said she was going to charge me more I gave her multiple times to try to fix them but she did not I don't remember her name but she's the one all the way I'm the back on the right side by the last pedicure chair and when I told her I didn't like them she got an attitude. Ive been going here for the past few months and was always a hit or miss, sometimes it was good mani/pedi and sometimes it wasn't very good at all but came across LEE! I love him! He's been doing my nails and toes the past few months and has them perfect each time!! He always takes his time, unlike the other girls, and checks his work every few minutes to make sure all my nails match. He's not the talkative type but i don't mind at all especially when i see how hard he's working on my nails. He doesn't layer more and more nail polish either, he takes his time to sand it all off and add a new layer so my nails look just as good as the first time. My pedi was AMAZING! Ive never had anybody at this location take they're time on me like he did from massaging my feet and legs to cutting and filing my nails. If you want some one good i def recommend this man!!
