If you're looking for a nail salon that can handle volume and still deliver quality service, this place definitely stands out. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a large-scale operation--rows of pedicure chairs, a full nail bar, and more technicians than I could even count. Despite how busy it was, the space remained clean, organized, and well-maintained, which is always a major plus. One thing that really sets them apart is the SIGNATURE complimentary drink menu. They offer everything from wine and cocktails to non-alcoholic options, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience and makes it feel a bit more upscale. Service-wise, the staff was attentive, professional, and kept things moving efficiently without making me feel rushed. That balance is not easy to achieve in a high-traffic salon, but they managed it well. Pricing felt reasonable for the area and the level of service provided. I paid $96 for a gel pedicure and regular manicure, and the results were worth it. Overall: Clean and spacious environment High capacity but still organized Attentive staff with strong customer service Complimentary beverage options (big bonus) Fair pricing for services I will definitely be returning--no complaints at all. read more

I had gel x on my nails. And gel on my toes. The guy used the spikiest metal tool to remove the gel from my toes shaving a good chunk off my toe nail and it was very painful. He kept trying to use it and I told him to stop using that tool. He did the same with my hand and my nail bed was raw on my left hand I asked him again to stop using the mechanical tool and use a stick instead. He had me soaking my fingers in the acetol or whatever it's called for almost an hour. I kept taking my fingers out and wiping them. Even then he left a lot of gel x on my nails . Eventually I was very unhappy and asked him to just place the polish and let's move on. I don't know how it happened but my nails on my toes are different colors than the ones on my hands... And they still had the audacity to charge me over $100 . Never going back. read more

BEWARE! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. I paid approximately $150 for an overlay and a "milk and honey" pedicure, and I left feeling disappointed with both the quality and the value. The service felt rushed from start to finish. During the pedicure, the technician aggressively cleaned under my big toenail. It was painful enough that I actually yelled, and she didn't even apologize. I also paid an unexpected $10 per nail for a very simple squiggly line design that I would not have agreed to had the pricing been explained clearly beforehand. Within a day of my appointment, I developed an itchy rash on my ankle that began to weep clear fluid, and the skin around the cuticle of the toe that was aggressively cleaned became very itchy. I cannot say with certainty that the salon caused this, but the timing is concerning, especially because I experienced a significant foot issue after visiting this same salon years ago. The salon is beautiful inside, but for the price charged, I expected better communication, more attention to detail, and greater care. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I will not be returning. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went on Mother's Day to get my nails done, and from the beginning I was unhappy with the service. While the tech was doing my nails, I pointed out that one nail was crooked and the shape was uneven. Instead of fixing it, he brushed me off and told me it was "fine" when it clearly wasn't. The nails were lumpy, uneven, and even had bubbles in them. He then added chrome, which I ended up not liking, so I called the salon afterward. They told me to come back and they would fix the set. I explained that I would arrive after work around 6 PM, and they said that was okay. When I got there, I explained the issue again to the receptionist and was told to sit and wait because someone would help me shortly. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be, only to have another employee make me explain the entire situation all over again. Then she told me to come back tomorrow. At that point I was extremely frustrated because I had already been waiting almost an hour with no communication. Suddenly, after I got upset, they decided to seat me to fix the nails. I then waited another 20 minutes before someone finally started working on them. To make matters worse, the tech fixing my nails was visibly irritated and filed one of my nails so aggressively that my finger started bleeding. All I got was a quick "sorry." The customer service was terrible from start to finish. No communication, no accountability, and no care for the customer experience. I gave this salon multiple chances to make things right, and the entire experience was disappointing and unprofessional. 0/10. I will not be returning. read more

It's sad when your nail tech consistently tries to up-charge you when you're getting your nails done. Me, I want a manicure with clear polish; I do not have time for a pedicure. Can you please hurry... After saying no, all of a sudden she switches language n looking at me... I get to the register n she added gel. Personally, gel looks good but it make my nails so weak n brittle I can't stand getting it. If I were a woman n had the colored nails, maybe. Ok, you being sneaky n adding clear gel but asking me after switching language to somethin other than English is bad business plus, now you don't get a tip n I had planned on returning for my pedicure but today I was rushing... Thank you but no thank you read more

BEAUTIFUL SALON--AWFUL SERVICE. This is about my 4th time, but it was the worst. Nail Tech told I wanted Regular Manicure. She was very fast. She kept asking did I want a Pedicure: twice I said NO. I picked a #3 polish. She tried to use a #4. When I questioned her, She said #3 was out. I told he she shoulda told me, not try to use something else. She never put lotion on hands/fingers/wrist/arms to massage, which is part of manicure. I got there at 10:52 am and was finished by 11:10 which includes drying time. I gave a 15% tip anyway, but she didn't deserve that! I finally had enough of US Nails. Rush in/rush rush out Nail Spa; "0" customer service. Love the ambiance and drinks but service is TERRIBLE!!! So very rude!! I've had them done other places so I knew it could be done but he flat out said no! My first time visiting this place, my pedicure was done in less than 15 mins. The whole process was rushed and half done. Feet were still ruff leaving. Normally you sit for a few minutes just to soak. She literally rushed my pedicure on my birthday. It was the worst experience. It's a large shop so they are extremely busy but 0 out of 10 for me read more

Good drink! But horrible service! First time here. Rushed on my pedicure and nails! I didn't tip and I always tip! I will drive to Jackson Tn Royal Nails before I come back to this crazy nail salon! to my expensive $105 for what! I was told to let this place do my eyebrows only! I guess he is the owner told them to redo my nail and toes. The man who redid my nails with an attitude asked me after he fixed his mistakes does it look better now ! read more

I love my tech! I've been coming here for years! He knows how I like my nails and toes and also assists me when I'm indecisive lol

I actually liked this salon but today the customer service was horrible. I called to make an app for 4 people and the lady hung up in my face. I called again thinking it's a mistake and she answers and hangs up again. I call again like ok. ?? And ask her why she hung up in my face two prior times and she says it got disconnected when I heard her talking both times and hanging up. Then states no reservations only walk ins. They literally think they're the only nail salon and they can treat paying customers this way. It's a no for me sis. Better learn how to properly talk to people before opening up a whole nail salon. read more

The best way to describe this place would be: in and out. They are going to get you in and out in under an hour. Besides that? Take a trip to Hernando, book with your local tech or do your nails at home yourself. The manager is nice and friendly and will help you save money when it come to kids nails. But the workers are absolutely not worth driving up here if you're not from the area. The work is sloppy and quick and they push gel polish and other uncharges for 75% of your appointment. The other 25% of the time they're giving you at best 50% effort. My toes looked like they were done at minimum a week ago and they were just done less than 5 minutes from the time it this review being posted. I got a manicure and asked for the polish to be remover because it looked like something my 7 year old cousin could do. Polish was left on my skin, obvious areas were not painted and the worker truly did not care or try to do better. I left feeling worse than when I came and the vibe was very much "pay more, better service". read more

This is a location that has invested in their cosmetic look/decor and not skill. I received a pedicure and my service was interrupted by a walk in for eyebrows. my pedicure was also not performing well. They did not paint my entire nail. I then got my eyebrows waxed and the same person who did my pedicure took off too much hair on my eyebrows. I asked for an arch and that was not done either. overall this places rushes your service and by doing so performs poorly. read more

Absolutely Terrible service!! I asked if they could do a nail design and she said she could, but judge for yourself by my pictures if they looked the same!!! Then when I complained her and the manager stated that it looked similar and that they would not take any money off!!! My normal salon was closed so I tried this one and regret it. I wanted a simple fill and French manicure. The tech did not drill/file the loose edge of the previous fill, which had gotten dirt under it. As a result, it is very noticeable under my new set. I asked for assistance in covering just that nail (although several others were noticeable, they weren't as bad as the thumb) and the only recommendation he had was to get gel polish under the French manicure of ALL the nails for a substantial extra fee. When I asked why he hadn't filed it down, he simply shrugged. Even aside from that, the job looks mediocre and the nail isn't fully covered in clear coat. Obviously it was a rushed job, which is a shame since he's currently sitting and chatting with coworkers--it wasn't a business necessity or decision. read more

This place is horrible! Today I went in for a pedicure and a dip change. On my feet I have to acrylic toenails, and on my left foot the acrylic toenail was broken, so I was getting a new set on that foot. The lady who replaced my toenail, (separate from the lady who did my pedicure), she's a little short Asian lady with bangs and I think she has on a black T-shirt with gold writing today. This lady proceeded to take the acrylic off of my toe nail and when she saw that she was hurting me she didn't stop and she actually proceeded to being even more rough until my toe nail split down the middle and half and I was bleeding. She was not remorseful, nor did she try to relieve any of the pain. The manager on duty, I'm guessing is a short Asian lady with a white blouse on, did not try to console me or take care of the massacre that occurred on my toe. She only took a little bit of money off of the dip polish that I got on my hands, but did not refund me for my pedicure. I had to go to the minor med right after leaving the nail shop this morning because I didn't even want them to finish on my feet. This is the absolute worst nail shop in the state of Mississippi and I recommend that you do not go to this nail shop because they will not refund you for pain that they've caused nor will they be remorseful for the damage they have done to you. I have attached a picture below to show you what that lady did to me read more

worst nails i've ever gotten. Instead of getting my previous nails soaked off they were ripped off with a clear fake tip. The whole process was very rushed and dirty. My nails look so horrible. They're chunky and uneven. He only gave me two coats of gel and after they were done painting he didn't go back and file anything again. Definitely not worth 60 plus a tip. read more

If I could give them lower than 1 star I would. The entire shop is filthy! There was clearly no effort to clear old fast food cups, paper, and anything else that a normal business straightens up during the course the day. I recently moved here and this has been the only nail shop I've tried out...but after my last visit I'm officially done coming here. I got my gel manicure done on Friday evening 10/8 not even a full week in and my gel is peeling off. They also don't coat all the way down to your cuticle so it looks like your nails are already weeks old. Super tacky looking I'm done! It's not worth paying all this money for a horrible job. Also pedicures are super rushed even when it's not busy in store. read more

This is my go-to nail salon and I've even gotten my hubby into self-care. I ALWAYS get great service, offered a drink, and have a tech who goes above and beyond, so I make sure that I do too. I should have written a review earlier.
