My brows and lashes are dark brown with a bit of gray. She said tint and shape, I said tint only. She said fee was $20. Got to appointment and again she said tint and shape and I again said tint only. She talks me into tinting eyelashes also. As she's tinting she doing some rubbing which ends up being shaving. She then does a bit of plucking which ends up being plucking the gray hairs I came to have tinted. She hands me a mirror and my brows are GONE! A fine line of brows left which are not even on both sides. So shocked I can't comment. She then charges me $100 which I pay like an idiot! Additionally I can't see any tint on my lashes.

Once it was clear that I wasn't getting a full set, I just went on with the appt bc at this point all is left is polish. The lady couldn't do a full set bc she had other clients. This took almost an hour & there wasn't any other ppl there waiting for nails while I was there or when I left. She did try to reschedule me for a full set the next day or after. But it was a reason why i needed to be there on that particular Wednesday. Minus my nails, the service was ok, I didn't find the atmosphere to be relaxing. It doesn't give me spa vibes or relaxation. The place could use a facelift. Next time I will be very clear on what I want, my nails are ok I think they'd look cleaner if it was a full set. These were 15 dollars, so you get what you pay for. I was serviced by Paige Pendergrast, and she was great. Very knowledgeable, very gentle, and she walked me through what she was doing without making it feel overly technical. Every treatment includes brow shaping, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, a chemical or enzyme peel, therapeutic massage, high frequency, extractions, LED light therapy, microcurrent, a treatment mask, hydration, and SPF.
