I decided to visit Perfect Eyebrows for the first time in about three years. The salon was still quiet and clean. They offer more services now such as lashes. Previously, I visited Sunni, but learned that she now only works at the location on Winchester on the weekend. I decided to go with Nitty and was highly pleased! I have thick brows and have been getting them threaded for years! I am very picky and fear having them thinned out. Nitty was the first to ever make it a gentle experience. She was a very light and delicate threader. She took her time and made sure my brows were right. She was careful to not remove the ends of my brows. Honestly - I was stunned. I typically brace myself for the pain and redness that typically follows afterward, but I did not experience that at all. I am thrilled that I now have a great salon to visit for my threading! Getting HIS brows threaded is much like when I used to take my dog to the vet. They don't know when it's coming but when it does they try to get out of it. Hence I never announce it. We just go! Hubby never, ever likes to get his brows threaded but always admits "yeah it looks better" once the smarting has left his eyes! If you ask me, threading and plucking are so relaxing! Men, such Bambinos! Lol! Perfect Eyebrows and Spa was not here when we had lived here a few years ago because if it were, I know would have come here before that other place we went to. It's great you don't need an appointment, but I called anyways and they had an opening at the time I wanted. Located in the strip mall at northwest corner of Hacks Cross and Winchester Road (Kroger) there's plenty of communal parking. Upon entering, it's very clean, new and spacious. I can't comment on the other rooms, but the main area where he got his brows done was nice. The technician was knowledgeable, skilled and seemed friendly. Literally a few minutes later, his annual manscaping completed, we paid and were on our way! Still not sure how their Yelp check-in process works, but I received the 10% off when I mentioned it. For regular, local customers, they offer "points" upon each time you pay the points accumulate toward a free brow service. They offer a ton more services besides brows too! I got my eyebrows threaded on April 27th. These pictures are today April 29th. The wait wasn't bad. But the service I did not like. I was in terrible pain it had me crying. The lady thought I was being over dramatic. She didn't want to deal with me anymore and rushed my left eyebrow. And it's so ugly! Now I have burn marks on my right eyelid! When she put the aloe on my face it burned so bad! The next day I had a big reaction bump above my left eyebrow. You get what you pay for. I'll stick too my usually waxing lady! My friend also got tinting, which she had too fix herself. read more

Where I begin, I was headed home from and thought I want a facial, I called this place and wad told to come no problem! I arrived and shortly after I was whisked into relaxation and much needed self care. Now I'm not showing you my face with facial mask on but I will say it was a great experience. The owner is absolutely amazing. She's been doing my brows for over two years. When she opened her own shop, I of course followed her. I can honestly say no one has been able to do my brows as good as she does them. I recommend her and her shop to the highest degree. She's incredible. So I've been in Memphis for a year and thought I'd be hopping from spot to spot forever looking for someone to tame my brows. Elsewhere I've been cut by thread, been given bald patches, and wonky uneven brows. But after four visits to Shae, who totally rehabbed my poor brows, I can safely say I've finally found the perfect spot for threading. She actually listens to what I want and can adjust brow width by a single line of hairs to perfection. Place is new and clean, tons of parking, and can't beat the price. read more
