I see they have a 2.2 rating and I understand why. My experience. I got piercing on my ear lobes on a Thursday . They did not put the backs on saying it's too difficult to take off. I said ok thinking they would stay in until healed. On Friday one came out. On Saturday night another came out. I returned Sunday morning. The one that came out the day before they were able to put the stud back in. The other one had closed. They offered to redo it but I'd have to pay for iit. What!!! They should have put backs on in the 1st place. The tech said she told me to put bandage on. I thought she meant to put on if bleeding. I would never agree to wear a bandage for 10 days. If you need a first time facial experience, this is your place. There are no warm blankets to cover you while being serviced. I layed there wrapped in a stained towel while on top of stained sheets/blankets. The lady didn't ask what kind of facial I was interested in, she proceeded to give me a "gold facial". It was priced as $60 but I was charged $71. I got a henna tattoo done, priced as $15 but I was charged $35. I had a threading and staining done on my eyebrows but I wished I would have stuck to threading only. Now I'm sitting in my car peeling a flaking residue from my face, my face is duller than when I walked in and have to return to work with bozo the clown eyebrows. My first time going to this location, I normally go to the one on American way, but it was a Sunday so I needed my lashes done, the older lady who did my lashes was horrible, I will never go back to this one again, my lashes did not last a week, they were crooked and you could see where she just glued them on my eyes, I know o should have said something before I left but I just wanted out of there the worst experience I ever had with my lashes, can't speak on the other workers just the elderly one that did mine. read more

I only came here bc the other place I usually go to had a wait and I forgot to set an appointment knowing I would be in a rush. The lady who took care of me was sweet and didn't take long at all to do my brows BUT SHE MESSED THEM UP. I didn't realize it at the shop bc she rushed me to the front desk to pay but the minute I got in my car, one eyebrow was thinner than the other.... like how do you even make that mistake with thread.......... now I have an awkward gap of brow and dipbrow until that shit grows in again lmao. DO NOT GO HERE! The employees are super rude and lazy! Phone was ringing and no One got up to answer, instead they sat there and waited for the receptionist to run to the front from the very back. Secondly, my hairdresser (APRIL) used dull shears which resulted in more split ends. She also answered every phone call she got ( it was all gossip) she even cussed and texted while she cut my hair! Thirdly, they turned the tables on a customer whom called to confirm her appointment. All the employees told her that the other receptionist never wrote it down and that they weren't going to do anything about it because it wasn't their fault. So, I'm a Gould's girl but this location is close to home so I decided to give it a try....SO GLAD I DID! I went in for a brazilian and I loved it, loved it, loved it. I paid half of what I pay normally for the same great quality....Here's a tip, remember to trim before going in, this helps with pain management as well as cost. DO NOT use razors or chemicals. so, i'm from outta town & needed to get my eyebrows done while on vacation. we passed by Bombay's one day & i asked them to take me back. BIG MISTAKE. the receptionist was nice & so was the lady that actually threaded my brows, but she messed my eyebrows up, BAD. i walked out worse than i walked in. i had a little bit of shape when i went in, she made that disappear somehow, they're super uneven, & they just look messy. i just don't know how that happens. gonna have to resort to filling them in for the rest of my trip. not a happy customer. hopefully my ladies back home can fix it. read more

I did not hear back so on my return for a service (paid on cash) I was told again the manager was not in but would call be back. I went here for a nose piercing. They were fast and friendly but they pierced my nose with a gun and an earring. Me not knowing what you're supposed to get your initial piercing with I let them. After leaving and trying to find a cuter nose ring at jewelry stores and a tattoo shop found out I did not have a nose ring in & it was around a 14 gauge earring. Nose rings are usually 18-24 gauge. Bombay does not have piercing licensing. I also found out guns cause to much trauma to the area & really shouldn't be used on nose piercing. To bad I did my research after the fact. Terrible customer service. 5 out of 7 times they have ruined my eyebrows. Since I am pretty new here I didn't know better, so I kept going here! The employees don't have any courtesy to even apologize. They don't even admit they have made a mistake. Plus they just talk bad about you in their language, which I understand. So I know what they are saying ! For the past 1 week I have been waiting for a manager to call me as they told me the manager would because of how they treated me last time. However no one has called me. Plus when I asked for the manager's number they did not give it to me. I have called various times and asked for the manager and they always say she isn't here and will call me back. But I know she never will. Anyways, this was my last visit there as they totally messed up my eyebrows this time and did not even accept the mistake. I have found another place. Their are plenty of them in this city and they have cheaper pricing than them! There is no reason to pay $10 for eyebrows plus tip when it can be done for $7 plus tip! My gf told me about this place saying it was the only place she trust to do her brows. I was nervous at first considering the reviews I read on here. To my surprise they were so wrong! Everyone was friendly and we walked in without having an appointment. My gf was seen right away. I wanted my brows done by the same person. It was painless and the results were amazing. I've always had issues with getting them waxed where one would be arched and the other rounded. AJ somehow worked magic and they are exactly the same and perfect! I have been getting my eyebrows done here for about a year and have always been very happy them. Today I went to get them done and specifically said I do not want them thin and i just need them cleaned up. It seemed like she understood what i wanted. The lady doing them took longer than usual and afterwards when I looked in the mirror they where WAY thinner than they usually are. I miss my thick brows. read more

Every time I've gone to this place (2-3 times), it hasn't been a good experience. They are notorious for messing brows up. I only let them mess my brows up once, but I've let them wax my lip before. I came in for a lip/chin wax and left with missing skin and extreme redness. The lady ripped the skin off my lip and then had the nerve to ask why my lip was so red once she was done. As for the chin wax...it seems someone needs to teach her where the CHIN is located. It surely isn't located where your throat is, which she proceeded to slather scolding hot wax on. i had my facial done, during which time the girl disappeared 3 times 15-20 min without any explanation. She would put some cream on my face & leave to attend other customers to do their eyebrows & hair cut. One time after waiting for a long time for her return, I opened my eyes & they started to burn, the cream applied was too close to my eyes. The staff is not properly trained & they are short-staffed. On my way out, I saw the girl going back to cut someone's hair who was already in chair so my suspicion of her attending other customers while doing my facial was right. It took 1 & 1/2 hrs for an hour appointment making me late for my next appointment. I would rather pay little more & go somewhere else. read more
