Meh it's a hit or miss here. Sometimes they get my eyebrows just right. Sometimes not. The only good thing is they have packages. Like 12 threading for 100 or something like that. But after I finished using my package, I went to bombay next door. Best decision ever. A bit pricey but totally worth it. Bombay just looked more professional. Never going back to arch to arch. I went through approximately 8 laser treatments to my underarms and on the last visit I was told the laser would be turned up and recommended to get 3 more treatments. I still have hair under my arms. It's a scam to turn a laser up on the last treatment and recommend a few more when you could have turned it up earlier to get the hair removed. I've had laser treatment on my bikini and private area before by a professional salon in Dallas. The same amount treatments to a larger area and all of it came off. I do not recommend. read more

Do not get eyelashes from Arch 2 Arch-Unsanitary!!! I went there for lash extensions for my elopement wedding in New Orleans (12/27/18). I ended up with an eye infection that landed me in the emergency room and later an ophthalmologist's office to get rid of the terrible infection. Both totaled over $1500 including the medication to clear up the infection. Wedding pictures look horrible because of my red eyes and swollen eyelids. read more

I wanted to get microblading so I wouldn't have to worry about doing my eyebrows in the morning for work. I decided to come here because there were walk-in appts available whereas other places appts weren't available until 30 days or more. Sherry explained everything and gave me a consultation. I showed her pictures of the eyebrows I wanted and how thick I wanted them. However she said they have to match my face so I trusted her judgement since she is the professional. She was really nice and handed me a mirror throughout to make corrections etc. however at the end, the eyebrows looked nice but just not as thick as I would've liked and showed her. The numbing gel was not numbing for a long time tho .. omg .. when I finished, she gave me care instructions and a kit that that had written instructions and some ointment. I should have trusted the yelp reviews. I came here to get my eyebrows done and lashes applied. I choose the individual lashes, which I have had done at least a dozen other times elsewhere in either a more high end salon or a small office. In all of my previous times the lashes did in fact last two weeks before they started to fall off, in fact sometimes it took soaking cotton pads in a removal solution and holding over the lashes for 15 minutes to get them off. Here they were falling off less than two days after they were applied. I went back in to have them touched up on Saturday morning and Saturday night every single lash came off after I put two drops of eye drops in each eye. With other places showering and even swimming was not an issue. The main purpose of the lashes was for photos I had done Saturday so they did do their purpose I suppose but I expected to get at least one week of wear out of them if not two. So two stars because they did look nice but whatever glue they use is clearly meant for one day use vs extended wear. In the future I'll remember to book at my usual salon in advance. read more

Really nice location, I liked the atmosphere. I went to this location using a voucher to get mink lashes. I had a few issues with my appointment, but after going there my lashes looked amazing! I followed the instructions to a T! And even didn't water my eyes for about 48h (washed around it). Unfortunately The lashes keep falling (randomly throughout the day or when I use the brush they gave me). I'm very disappointed as I wanted my lashes to look good for my wedding day. It doesn't look nearly as good as it did a week ago. read more

Best threading in Memphis! Before moving to Dallas, TX, this was the only place that I would go to for eyebrow threading for the past few years. I used to go to Bombay (American Way now Perkins) but they started arching my eyebrows too thin. I only go to LAILA or BARTI. They are both excellent threaders. I have a unibrow and extremely thick eyebrows, so I am very particular about my brows. Laila is my primary choice but in the case that she would be absent or extremely busy, Barti was the next best. They both managed to arch my eyebrows without making them too thin and not arching them too far back. Due to having a unibrow, many places would make one start farther or closer to the middle than the other. Laila is excellent at arching my eyebrows evenly with minimal pain. In addition, I have never experienced too long of a wait time. In addition to eyebrow threading, they offer facials and waxing. I got a Brazilian bikini wax from them once before. That was my first one, so I have nothing else to compare it to. It was painful, but I left clean with no complaints. All in all, I recommend this place. read more

I had my eyelashes done & eyebrows with a tint. So far the eyebrows are ok. The eyelashes started coming up in less than 24 hours. I went back to have them redone since they said they'll last for 2 weeks. Initially, they only wanted to do one eye but I insisted on redoing both so they can last about the same time. A couple of my friends went with me on that Friday for the initial eyelashes. They started falling out of one of my friends the next day & the other friend had too much glue on hers. Arch 2 Arch is not the place to go if you want permanent makeup! I went there to get permeant eyeliner and it was a total waste of money and time. First, the numbing cream that the salon uses are worthless, it only works for about 5 minutes of the 30-minute procedure (The procedure is VERY PAINFUL!!!). Next, the ink that the salon uses for the procedure is not permanent. I had two sessions done and the ink faded within 30 days. Save your money and time, go somewhere else. read more

I had my legs waxed here. I chose this particular place because of the cheap price. This was by-far the worst wax job I've ever had. The employee didn't wash her hands before she begun, didn't do any sort of prep on my legs, didn't wear gloves (which would have been nice since she didn't wash her hands), used the same 4 cloth strips over and over, and rubbed my leg down at the end with a paper towel, which didn't help my newly sensitive legs. I guess you get what you pay for, but sanitation shouldn't have to be what's compromised. Worst experience ever. Will NOT be back. read more

Don't even bother to make an appointment they don't mean anything thing here. I made an appointment for 10:30 am, arrived 10 minutes early and marked I had an appointment on the sign in sheet. Instead of getting to me right away I waited for 20 minutes to see them just follow the order of the sign in. 10 minutes after my appointment time I left because that's ridiculous to schedule a time and then have to wait for them to get to your name. I also never got a call to confirm even though I was emailed saying I would receive one. All in all the costumer service is awful and I will not be going back read more

New to Memphis, found this place here on Yelp, I went in to get my eye lash Extentions done, the First Lady to took me in did my eyelashes twice, first time they were sticking straight out (no curl) I asked her to redo them so she did and when she did the second time she put them so heigh u can see the Extentions and they were very spaced out -_- so a coworker did them and she knew more about what she was doing BUT on the right eye their sticking straight out on the inner area smh. Do not go to this establishment for a lash lift or lash perm because while one side was beautifully lifted the other side curled all the way against my eyelash and looks like a fried my eyelash! I am disappointed by the approval that the lady gave me after she was finished! After, I figured what she had done it was to late! Please do your research. I was told the boss would perform the lash perm but it was someone else and then after they told me I would need to make another appointment to curl the rest of my lashes because they were too straight, get it right the first time and that I would have to pay again. Went to get my eyebrows threaded, FIRST mistake. They are now completely different. The woman who did them did not listen when I asked her to keep them thick. SECOND mistake, getting a Brazillian. If I could give negative stars I would!! I bought a living social coupon for a Brazilian wax. I have had them before but it's been a while, so it was like the first time. The bathroom had no toilet paper and now soap--luckily I had napkins and hand sanitizer in my purse. Then she started the wax. She did large areas and pulled roughly. Half way thru she says - you needed more than maintenance so there is an additional charge. I said the living social deal didn't say that and she said it should be on there. I didn't say anything else--I was not paying more unless it said it. When she was finished -I realized I was bleeding. I hadn't even bled the first time! She had just been so rough. She only applied oil --no witch hazel or disinfectant. That would have been an extra charge. When I walked out she told me it would be $10 more. I looked over my voucher. It did NOT say maintenance - it said one Brazilian wax. I showed her. She called the owner , the owner wanted to 'yak' to me. The owner informed me that it was 'understood' that the voucher was maintenance only and I'd have to pay $10 more. It wasn't a lot so I shouldn't mind. I told her I wasn't paying more. I'd paid for the voucher and it sounded like an issue between them an LS. I just walked out. It was an awful job. I am sore and bleeding even though I am not that hairy. And they tried to rip me off. Maybe they know she is bad at her job and are forcing tips? Don't know but don't care anymore. WILL NEVER GO BACK! AWFUL service and care. I already reported them to LS. read more
