While I was experiencing my service, I was given a heating pad and there was a calming waterfall and music for my enjoyment. The therapist also checked on me frequently which also comforted me. Afterwards, I was given a probiotic and electrolyte water. I was given specific instructions of after care. I was also given the monthly specials as well. Staff is very Welcoming! I called that day and was able to get squeezed in me and my daughter for pedicures. Loved the whole atmosphere! The lady's doing our pedicures were nice and friendly but the only issue is my toes weren't fully done as I expected after asking the front desk over the phone if they take care of ingrown nails nothing to overbearing no infection type situation whatsoever but she kinda just skipped around it when I mentioned if she could do it in person..the other lady said yes she usually tries to‍ overall though I'd definitely go back maybe just be a little firm next time an not a pushover about it. I'm sitting in the infrared sauna as I write this review! I was sick and tried of feeling sick and tried so I started reading the book Clean by Alejandro Junger, M.D. Throughout the book he talks about the importance of regular colon cleansing and infrared therapy (although the book is about healthy eating and healthy fasting) he stated many times how the colon therapy and sauna helped him get over sour stomach, bloating and chronic fatigue; all systems Im currently experiencing. I've always been a healthy person but I'm ready to take it to a new level. I want to feel fantastic 100% of the time. I'm heating healthy organic foods, saying goodbye to my buddy alcohol, doing the colon therapy (which is not nearly as gross as I had led myself to believe). I'm going to start regular trips to the infrared sauna and the ionic foot soaks. I can already tell This is going to help! As I continue to use these services I'll write more! As far as the extremely negative review below--that in no way was my experience at Renew. I wish yelp would remove reviews of negative folks who are on a tyrant. I had been sick with food poisoning for three days and was so in need of hydration and washing my system out. Despite having not eaten for 24 hours prior to my session I did have releases, so it very well might have been "old waste".
