I got the microdermabrasion with full facial service. I'll start with the pros. Aja was nice and friendly. I got there around 1:25 for my 1:30 appointment. We started around 1:25, she explained how to take care of my skin due to my skin type. I appreciated that. My skin looks and feels amazing! Now the cons, the reason why I'm giving 3 stars. I am an avid spa goer. I get facials every 6-8 weeks. I get microdermabrasion about 3 times per year. I go to the spa to be relaxed. The atmosphere was not relaxing for me. Thunderstorm sounds were being played which made me anxious. The face towels smelled old and like mildew, which completely turned me off. No steam was used at all during the facial (that's my favorite part of facials). Also the website says the facial is 1hr/15mins. My service started around 1:25 (after getting undressed) and ended around 2:07 (after dressing). When i asked about the time she said it was because different people need more done. The website should state that. I'm paying for the allotted time, so I expect to have all that time, minus getting dressed and undressed. My skin looks great, so I recommend her if you aren't as picky as I am. read more

The customer service was great but I feel she's a little inexperienced. After my wax I still had some spots that was still there & I got dermaplane/ chemical peel treatment and it left my face soooo scarred up idk if that's part of the end results or if I'll have permanent markings. And Also the place is real cute but that's off subject! read more

My first visit at Aja's was very welcoming. I really didn't know what I wanted with individual lashes (first time) but she guide me in a direction that made me feel comfortable. She knew what I wanted even though I didn't and I was pleased with her work reason for my return soon . I loved the cleanliness of her shop which is a major thing for me! When I left I received plenty of compliments on my lashes which made me feel GREAT! Thanks So Much!!! read more

He almost lost his tooth, and we had to pay several hundred dollars to have it fixed. It is upsetting that Germantown Dental missed this diagnosis. I would never, ever trust their Dentists again.

I had to go to another endontist and dentist to fix his mistakes. He has a reputation for recommending dental work patients do not need. He allows his assistant to perform work they are not qualified to do. I had to refer his practice to the Health Dept. I received a letter from them stating his practice was cited for poor health condition. This can be vetified by checking with the State. Please beware of this dentist. You will not leave his office without a lot of recommendations for work you do not need. His staff is excellent. Everyone is nice, don't be fooled. It will cost you a lot of money and possibly pain.

Went to Aja's for a Brazilian last week. The studio was very inviting and clean. Aja was very friendly and professional. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable when getting a Brazilian, but she made the process very comforting by her friendly small talk. I went for teeth whitening services and a Brazilian wax. The young lady there was very sweet and knowledgeable. My teeth got 8 shades whiter in just 40 min, they had this really neat take home whitening kit that I also purchased.
