I has been getting my hair laser for so many time before, yesterday was my first time here at Memphis Laser Clinic, the place look nice, clean, and the service is very expensive, it was like $50 more than where I use to go, I came here for my armpits hairs laser this time because where I use to go is so full, they cannot get me in and because I was going out of town and it need to be done. Usally you have to shave your armpits 3-4 days before coming in for the laser hair removal, so the hair is barely grows out, and the laser can see it and burn from the head of the hair to the roof, and also for the technician to see where the haire at to shot it and burn it, the head of the laser is about the nickle size, to be able to go all over your armpits it has to take at least 10 to 12 shot and it about 5 mins on each side of the armpits, but this lady only take about one min on each side of my armpits and she give 4 shot on each side, I was thinking Wow ! OMG! Really only shot 4 time on each side and only on the top area of the armpits and she was done already?? Omg! The room is very dark, and after she done doing my laser she did not even give me a mirror to look at it. I pay than go to my car and look at it, I was about to cry, hair is still everywhere, I go back in to the clinic right away and ask why I still have alot of hair, on the bottom area of the armpits? It did not look likt it been burn off, she told me that the way how her laser work, it will grown out and fall off, don't worry, and I told her all the hair on the top area of my armpits fall out when I rub on it, but not on the bottom area of the armpits, but she keep saying don't worry that is the way they did it here. Ok I'm not too happy but maybe this is the way they did it here. So I leave, but the more I think about it the more it make me upset about it, because like I say, this is not my first time getting hair removal done by laser. I call back and talk to the clinic director, she told me to come back let her take a look, so I did, I told the director that all the hair on the top area of my armpits is burn and fall off but there is still alot of hairs on the bottom half of my armpits is still here, no matter how hard I rub it, it still there, well she told me the same way, don't worry that the way we did it here that how her laser work all the hair will grown out and fall off, so I ask her than why is my half area on the top of my armpits hair is already burn and gone, it look so clean but not the bottom half? She told me let she use the razor and shave it for me than it will gone, OMG! I know if you shave it, it will be gone, I'm not talking about my armpits being shave or not, I can shave it at home, I just want to let her know that? The bottom half of my armpits has not been touch or burn by the laser, don't she get it??? But she just keep saying "is ok, you been taking good care , don't worry your hair will grown out and fall off" I just don't know what to say, at my laser place, after I had it done, it look and feel so clean and smooth, I don't even feel or see any hair , but at this MEMPHIS LASER CLINIC my half bottom of my armpits hairs is still everywhere.
