So I wasn't going to go that route and took it out of my IRA. Now she wants to offer me a lunch facial for the $195 everytime. That is NOT the same thing. Cheaper, not the lazer of Venus I wanted something comparable and asked. Have heard NOTHING!!! I'm hurt and won't be back. I had booked a massage and a facial. I was booked with Amber first who came out before I finished my paperwork. Waited patiently. The room and music was part of this wonderful experience. Why didn't I do this before? I don't know but I should have 30 years ago when I was a ER nurse. It would have been a great addition for the sore body I endured for 40 years. The young lady who who did my facial was kind with a relaxing atmosphere. The best first time ever. I definitely will be back. Already to book another visit. They even had a master list & were able to look up my gift card with my name & information. I still have the actual gift card- which AGAIN HAS NO EXPIRATION DATE LISTED. I think it is RIDICULOUS to not honor this gift card! I won't recommend this spa to anyone. Their employees are not friendly and the management is TERRIBLE! They didn't have a problem taking my cash for the card- but can't honor it now? THIS IS THEFT! They stole $75 from me and I will be reporting them to the BBB & leaving negative reviews on every platform until my gift card is honored. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED FROM SPA COLLIERVILLE LIKE I DID. Do not purchase gift cards or ANY services from Spa Collierville! They will not honor gift cards and make up that they have expiration dates. SCAMMERS! THIEVES!! LIARS!! UPDATE: Company responded with a false allegations that I was disruptive in their clinic- but when asked for video evidence they could not prove it. So they also tried to slander me and have opened themselves up for legal consequences . Admit you are scam artist and liars. Don't you dare tell me I was rude or disruptive because I wasn't. Be careful because I would win in a civil suit . make sure you stay the facts and not more lies and BS . You still have time to make it right and I will correct my reviews and revise my complaint. I just want products what my card was purchased for. You obviously can't refund my credit card because it is expired. That was foolish to offer since we both know that can't be done. I am willing to buy product and spend extra $ if you honor the card

After a year of seeing her, I came to my appointment to have another nurse there who Krystal told me was going to do part of my procedure. Krystal said she was in training and would oversee her work. Well, Krystal left the room!! And the new nurse with her shaky hands injected me with toxin, literally apologizing with each shot. It was a horrible experience that ended with me in an ER with a drooping eye and mouth and horrific migraine. When I texted them the damage they'd done, they reminded me this was a side effect. I went back to the office like a dummy where that same incompetent, new injector was with a new nurse ready to inject my face again. It was a very traumatic experience that led to long term facial paralysis of almost two years. I know Botox has negative effects but leaving me alone with a nervous, new, apologetic injector definitely contributed to my situation. I think of her poor practice every time I see my face in the mirror. Please avoid.
