The clinic has several NP's which I like and I see Dr. Sharma at least once a year. They have taken good care of me for so long they feel like family. Karen is new to the practice and I saw her yesterday. She is smart as a whip. Quick, efficient and will do well. If you want a good clinic with good, honest people; this is the place for you.

But then I brought my son for a 1st appointment and they told me he's not covered on my insurance. Now I pay for insurance through my employer and I pay over 400 a month to cover all 3 of my minor children. I even called BCBS who talked to office staff and told them my kids were covered under my plan and they still said "it's showing up as invalid on our end" I was so damn mad it took every ounce of my common sense not to act a fool up in there. Office staff is incompetent and needs to find a different place to work. Like family dollar instead of a family practice.
