I decided to visit this location after my normal contact decided to take some time off. Upon arrival, there were quite a few ladies waiting for service. It was pretty warm inside and quiet. There was no music playing, no conversations and as a matter of fact no one greets you once inside. (Reason for the star removal) Luckily, I did not have to wait too long before being called. Ruby took care of my brows and she did a wonderful job! I have thick brows that can be a bit difficult to tame, but she handled them really well and did not thin them out or chop off the ends. This was a good option for me in the Southaven area and will be my choice going forward whenever I don't feel like traveling out to Cordova. read more

I visitEd Arch to Arch this week and my service was im- peccabl. Laila was my brow exper. I'm getting compli- ments everywhere I go. Lady Laila was very profession- al, genuinely nice, she was training another associate and the details of the training was magnificent. I came for lashes only but after seeing how great her work was I added other services including brow threading. I'm in my forties my brows have never looked so excellent as if I was a Holly Actress Cindy Crawford!! The place is very clean as well. read more

I've been several times out of convenience. The customer service is never the best, but this was the worst experience. I purchased an item for my brow only for Sweatha to discover they didn't have the color. Instead of immediately offering a refund she said it would be in the next day. I went 2 days later to give them time. I was told the shipment has not arrived and offered to wait again by the lady apparently in charge. I wanted refund as I was leaving town and only wanted the product for this trip. Instead of crediting the debit card I paid with days later, she charged me for the product again. After a series of screw ups, Instead of offering cash at this point at least for the 1st sale that had already posted she takes my number and claims she's going to call me in the 5 to 6 days when it should show refunds on my card. Needless to say, I haven't heard from anyone or as of this morning received any credits. So at current I have paid over $46 for a $23 product. Thanks for the experience. read more

The salon and staff were nice. However, the most important part of this experience was the services received, and I wasn't satisfied at all. I went to have my brows threaded. Initially I was asked to sit in one person's chair, but she didn't quite understand my request of a "clean up", so the receptionist stepped in to do my brows. She was very careful, it was almost like she wasn't very confident with doing the job. At the end of it all, I looked into the handheld mirror and wanted to cry. My brows were so sparse. Instead of merely cleaning up beneath and above my brows the technician managed to completely thin out my brows. I I would not recommend this place to anyone. Amateurs. read more

I had a good first experience here, and thats why I came back. The first time they waxed my eyebrows and left them the perfect shape and width. This time I asked to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady insisted on finishing with threading. She still left my eyesbrows with hairs that clearly needed to be removed from the inner and outer part of the eyebrow. I can't even pencil in my eyebrows without having to first fix what they did. *sigh* I guess I'll keep looking for a person who knows how to do good eyebrows because this place didn't leave me wanting to come back. read more

You should only come here for eyebrow threading. Wait times for that is minimal. Waiting over an hour( and still counting) past my appointment time for eyelash extension fill. I decided to wait the appointment time out due to the fact that I don't have another 2 hours to wait tomorrow for another appt. I am actively searching for a new place for extensions. I am a very loyal customer and get my lashes filled every 2 and 1/2 weeks. Will do my very best to find another salon for my services. read more

The place was nice, good atmosphere nice music, and reasonably priced. I went for individual eyelash extensions which they call "clusters" I had an appointment on a Tuesday got immediately in the chair for my services. Didn't take very long at all maybe 15 minutes. She asked how they looked they looked ok. she basically just went over my eye once straight across. the glueline looked kind of dark like an eyeliner almost. I said they look good and left. Called my husband said I don't like them as well as the other place I usually go to but wanted his opinion. He said they didn't look bad which they weren't bad but not as full as I usually get. 2 days later I take a shower and my left lash is completely hanging off of my face!! I didn't wash my eyes I don't wear eye makeup or even mascara I always get lashes done so I know how to upkeep them. Mine usually stay on for 2 weeks. 2 days of lashes definitely not worth it in my opinion!! read more

I would highly recommend NOT going to Arch 2 Arch for your beauty needs. I went for a full body waxing prior to my wedding. There was a complete lack of respect, professionalism, modesty, and decency during the entire session with respect to both comments made by Laila/her assistant and general decorum. I had severe burns in my underarms from improper waxing techniques as well as on my arms and eyebrows. Laila also tried to offer extra services without letting me know that there would be extra charges associated. Given this manipulative fashion of being super helpful as if she is simply doing favors, we ended up paying an unexpected $200 more than planned. She also waited to request the final payment from us at a very busy time during the wedding (right before the start of the reception), leaving us with no choice but to pay her without having any time to review the extra charges. Laila and her team showed up late at least 10-15 minutes late on three occasions during my wedding weekend. The hairstylist did not stay at the venue for touchups during my Friday party as she said she would, and she was unresponsive to my phone calls. Finally, Laila took many pictures of me, and despite my telling her explicitly several times not to post any pictures anywhere without my permission, she went ahead and posted my pictures to Facebook without asking me. While she did take the pictures down upon my request, I don't appreciate her lack of respect for my wishes. Laila nickels and dimes, and I would ask how much she charges before she does any service, even if it seems like a favor. read more

I really tried to give this place a chance. Being new to the area I was very skeptical about getting services at this place especially after reading the subpar reviews. Long story short I went to this location for individual lashes on a Friday. They were suppose to last atleast 2 weeks. The lashes didn't last a day before they came off. I went back to have them reapplied and these have lasted a full 2 days. I am not new to this lash game and normally can keep them for longer than 2 weeks. Last night on a whim I went to get my brows threaded. She did an amazing job as I thought my brows were too thin for threading -she showed up and showed out. It made a heck of a difference and it looks like I actually have brows now. I asked her about lashes and she said YES we do them but it's too late.....*blank stare* ........the setup and decor was comfortable and relaxing as well. The parking was a little complicated due to the overflow from Outback steakhouse in the same strip mall. I'm sure parking will not be an issue once the economy stimulation (tax season) is over in the next couple of months. read more

I have been going here since they opened, the beginning it was pretty good. Since a few years now the service has been very inefficient. I wouldn't trust them with my eyebrows or anything. An apology goes a long way but one of the owners had scheduled me for an appointment for hair styling for a wedding which she insisted they do. When I stopped by a day early just to confirm they had me down, the other lady who was also a co-owner says they don't provide that service, and then she says the person who does is no longer here. So whichever the truth may be, never did they have the decency to call and let me know these changes nor did they apologize for the mistake. It's quite unpleasant to be treated as such when you thought they could do better. I'm glad I went to confirm it the day before. Very unprofessional atmosphere and inefficient. I wouldn't genuinely recommend this salon to any one I know. read more
