She scheduled my appointment; I received a email confirmation and multiple text reminders. The decor is comfortable and cute. They have snacks and water available in the waiting area (no wine). Brittany did my wax! She allowed me to express my concerns and she kept the conversation flowing. They don't use waxing strips and it was the most painless Brazilian I have had thus far. This is a review of the business, both corporate and Memphis franchise ownership. I signed up for S Pass and didn't use it as much as I thought I would, ending up with over $300 in credit for services. I asked the manager if it would be possible to pause membership and still use my credit before resuming. She told me that she could remove my payment method from the account, the membership would still be active, I could use my credit, and add a payment method back later on. Perfect. Except that not only did this suspend my membership, and so did not work the way it was explained to me, in the intervening month the entire program was discontinued. Corporate headquarters informed me that (though when signing up for the Pass there was no indication that I was entering a contract with anyone other than the corporate entity), they took no responsibility for this or the fact that there was NO NOTIFICATION of the termination of the program sent to members. They flatly refused any assistance and told me it was the Memphis franchisee's responsibility to resolve the issue. I called the manager again. She returned my call saying that I could at least begin paying the monthly fee again and not be out the over $300 that I had lost. I went into the store to do so and had booked a service as well. When I arrived, I was informed that I could not, in fact, do this. I was provided a free service that day (the manager, to be fair, was as helpful as I think she was able to be at this point), but am still out a fair amount of money. I hate that I cannot continue to visit Tiana for service - again, she is fantastic - but I cannot give business to an establishment that wouldn't even offer to split the difference on a gift card to keep a loyal customer.

When I arrived, she was in a room with her son doing homework. During my service, the child was constantly in the room distracting the woman, walking around the table I was laying on, looking at my friend's phone to see what he was doing (playing a game), and generally being a nuisance. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. They looked good when done, but there were glops of glue that irritated my eyes for days. Now, about a week later, the lashes are falling out in clumps and taking my natural lashes with them. I have done some research and this is not how it is supposed to happen. I was on vacation in Memphis and did this for a treat. Now I have to find a professional to rectify this mistake before I become a freak with no eyelashes. I asked her a few questions, which she did not answer, she did not explain what she was doing. Kept advertising a product she did notknow how to pronounce the French correctly, and kept telling us how we would be eligible for expensive upgrades. The checkout? No water was offered. Painful, the ownder took a very long time. Just no proper customer service. In these days where we are looking at our pennies, these folks don't deserve your hard earned money. It was very clean, and they did perform a service, but it wasn't industry standard. I sure hope I won't be sick this coming week. Masks are easy to get by these days, or don't come to work if you are sick. Too expensive for NO expertise! No real knowledge of her craft. Please don't go there.

The process is pretty simple and doesn't take long; everyone here is a total pro so there's no discomfort even though you're standing practically naked in front of a stranger. I'd say the first day was a bit more than that I would have liked but my wedding tan wasn't my first so I knew that going in. I was sprayed on a Wednesday and got married on a Saturday and had the bridal glow I was looking for. The tan slowly faded throughout my honeymoon. They have package deals that are really great and there's also partial body tan options. Love love love!
