This is my go to place to get my nails done. Hellen is the best for doing my pedicure. She is very thorough. Literally never have had anyone do my pedicure better anywhere else. & Mina is amazing for doing my manicure. She is a perfectionist and will do exactly what you want perfectly. Highly recommend!! And prices aren't bad either. Love this place! I've been going here for years so this review is overdue!! read more

I went here last week for a fill and got my nails done within four days. One nail lifted and came off when I was able to get back into the salon two days later to get the nail fixed most nail salons would know their error and would fix the nail for free. I got charged seven dollars to replace one nail. They didn't even last me one week. I do not recommend this place as they have poor customer service. There's plenty more nail salons in the area to choose from. read more

I do enjoy the quality of the work here but on multiple occasions, even with the first morning appointments at opening, either staff has been late (like arriving 30 min after set opening time) or I've had to wait close to 45 minutes after my appointment time. Don't take appointments if you can't keep up with them. Their recommendation to me and my family was to make the first appointment, which is what I've done almost every single time, and even with that, we've waited over 40 minutes. On top of that, the last two times, when getting a gel manicure, theyve picked my skin so hard that I've started bleeding and have massive scabs from their work. Will likely find another nail salon due to the long waits after having asked for open appointments and availability and the back to back bleeds. read more

I absolutely LOVE Mina and Jenny. They do such a great job. I am always able to call or text asking for an appointment or last minute walk in. My mom and I have been going to Mina for gel/dip manicures for a few years now. great stamp card rewards too. She replicates exactly what I want/show her from my Pinterest and does a great job! read more

I walked in and there were no other customers yet. They greeted me And someone got to work! She took her time and gave me the best pedicure that I have had in a long time. I also had an ingrown toenail that she removed!! Amazing They chair had a massager on it and the proper sterilization techniques We're being used. She scrubbed the bottom of my feet and my legs and lotioned them also. I got the number 1: $30. So worth it. read more

This review is looong overdue. I have been coming to US Nails for years. Yes, YEARS! I switched from acrylic to GelX about 5ish years ago and never looked back. Everyone in this shop is super friendly and i love coming here. Sometimes, i will bring my elderly grandfather and they are very accommodating to him and his walker. I always make an appointment before i go in and Ken kills it every single time. Their prices have gone up over the years but it's understandable and still very reasonable. Remember, pampering yourself is a LUXURY. read more

The best nail salon in chino hills. This place is very clean. The owners and staff are very nice and professional. They take their time and do a good job. They focus on quality of service. That's what keeps me going back. They are up to date with nail products and do great designs. read more

This place is super close to my office so I decided to give it a try. I did like the fact that they are able to take walk-ins. As the lady is working on my nails I asked if they had longer nails, it was mentioned they do but only have like a specific acrylic size on the nail at the end of the day. So I went with whatever they had, I was able to choose the nail color and design. I actually gave a simple design I got at my regular nail place in Garden Grove. Now the the reason I am giving a 4star it's because she took over an hr to do everything. Keep in mind I walked in with no acrylics on my nails so this should have taken way less. Other than that, the lady was very nice and regardless delivered pretty nails. I think I deleted the photo but will try find to upload and share. read more

first time getting Gel X & i'm pretty sure the underside isn't supposed to look like THIS! i can't believe i paid and tipped for this mess. i didn't realize it until i got home, but this was done so poorly! Gel X extensions shouldn't have that much gel on the underside. It looks like the nail tech used too much glue and when curing it was pouring out from underneath. it looks filthy and gross! WON'T BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE! read more

I don't come to these places very often, but I like to take care of my feet. So I was hoping to get a pedicure, but when I walked in with my wife, we asked if they can do my wife's nails, and my feet. The guy said he could but we might have to wait a bit due to us having no appt, and them being understaffed at the moment which was totally understandable. It was at this moment a lady that was doing a pedicure already found out I was the one getting the pedicure and started saying, "No" over and over and even did the head gesture so I can clearly see. I thought this was pretty damn rude. And what made it more strange was, she wasn't even the one that was going do the pedicure. There was a lady on her way. I don't know how everyone else is, but this lady was a little too blunt with her displeasure. She could've just said "Hell no" in her language and I would've never known. So maybe be a little more discreet. Little does she know my feet are actually pretty well taken care of for a guy and I'm a great tipper. Oh well, their loss. Side note: My wife's nails did come out pretty good. read more

I've been going to U. S. Nails & Spa for several months and I' have always loved their work. They are through and do an amazing job with gel X nails. However, a walk in will always take priority over an appointment. I made my appointment for the same day and there was no one before me, because I saw his appointment book. To be fair, I did arrive five minutes late, but the only two people who are able to do gel X were engaged with other clients. When I made my appointment with the owner, I clearly stated it was a Gel X fill. I waited for 15 minutes and left. The owner calls me back 1/2 an hour after my appointment to try and get me to come back? Nope. It clearly does no good to make an appointment when a walk-in will come first for this business. I hope future customers have better luck than I did. As for me, I'm going to Pamper Me Nails in Chino Hills. Stay tuned for the review. read more

NO WAIT & LOW PRICE FTW My sis and I called several nail salons to check pricing and Us Nails was the lowest. $18 for pedicure (versus $20-22 at others) and gel manicure $26 (vs $30 at others). I think this is new ownership? There was only 2 other customers on a Friday and zero wait YAY! The nail polishes were nice and new. My pedicure took a long time but I liked how thorough she was. Massage could've been harder but better than most salons. I was satisfied with my nails :) read more

The technician was very nice but did a poor job. I get short round acrylics with gel on top. She thinned them out which looks good but the base has zero coverage. They look like they are already a week old when I walked out. Did not cover whole nail bed with polish. I'm extremely disappointed. My nails are so easy not sure how you can mess something so simple up. Look at the corners in photos and base of my nail bed. Does not even touch. This was just done! read more

Loved how my nails looked! Went the end of august for the first time and only because I couldnt get an appointment on time at my usual nail place. I got a gel pedi and gel x nails. About a week and a half after getting my nails done, i noticed a small pain on my left foot big toe. I decided to take off the gel to see if I had a bruise because thats how it felt. I thought maybe some how i hurt my toe and couldnt remember when or how. When I took the gel off, I did have a small purple circle on my nail. Almost looked like a bruise so i figured that I did hurt myself and it was going to heal and go away on its own. Now, october 16, turns out it is most likely a fungus infection. My nail is practically rotting and if I wanted to take it off I can, but because I dont want to be left without a nail i leave it on. I have never had a nail fungal infection and usually where I go get my nails done, all the tools (clippers, files. Etc) that they use are packaged and new. However, I noticed that this place did not use new tools. Regardless, i decided to give it a try and said to myself that it wasnt a big deal and that they most likely sterilize their tools thoroughly. I do not want to pin point and accuse this place as the cause of my infection but it is all I can think of being the cause. I wanted to leave this review in hopes of others getting a bit of info about the cleanliness/sanitation based on MY experience. Aside from this, I loved the service, the work, and everyone was super friendly. I even told myself this was going to be my new nail spot. I loved how my nails looked and was so sad that I had to take off my gel polish :( read more

At first they were fine with appointments. Then I noticed even after making appointments I had to wait at least 20-30 minutes. Lastly they stopped answering their phone to make appointments and started sending text to reply to your call. The problem with that is that they don't confirm your appointment. If they are too busy for your business then they should just let you know. Very unprofessional of them and where is the loyalty to clients. read more
