They came, assessed and won my trust and business. We religiously care for and service our furnace as I don't want it to fail in the dead of winter. After looking at our furnace, Care told us that they did not see a need to replace it - that it checked out tine. We also had them service the AC unit which, knock on wood, has a been a gem and never yet failed us. They not only did the service, they made recommendations on how to maximize the cool air where it was wanted by shutting off the areas where we don't need it! I wish I would have known this was possible 25 years ago! As I freeze in the north side of the house while the hubby sweats in the south side. I work from home and my office is in the cool part and his TV room is in the south. We get direct sun that heats up that room quickly. Bottom line - this company is the bomb. After doing a small repair for me in January, I hired him in September 2026 for a full HVAC replacement quoted at $7,560, scheduled for October 5. Before the install date, he requested multiple advance payments: Sept. 24: Paid $560 down payment. Sept. 28: Paid $800 extra for a larger 2.5-ton A/C unit. Oct. 2: Paid $1,200 after he promised to drop off the equipment at my garage that day. He never dropped off any equipment. On the scheduled install day (Oct. 5) and the days following, he failed to show up, repeatedly offering personal excuses via text. On Oct. 7, after he failed to arrive yet again, I canceled the project and demanded my money back. Out $2,560 with zero work done and zero equipment delivered, he refused to refund me.
