Pickerington Heating and Cooling aka 5 STAR SERVICES did not come in the cheapest but was in the middle and the reason I pick them was because of the Salesman Josh ! But he convinced me what separated Pickerington Heating and Cooling was the staff and installers. The Installers are truly what matters in a job like this. They told me on Monday they were so booked that it would be next Monday before I could get a Fill install. But Josh went above and beyond and stop back the next day with a capacitor that got my old one up and running so we had a/c to get by with. Sure I could have just had him replace that and been done and we both knew that, but it is 23 yrs old. So we chose to replace it.
