Just finished my 2 bedroom move, I was on 3rd floor, moving on 4th floor, the guys did an amazing job, I had a lot of stuff and a lot of an expensive furniture, no scratches after the move, I'm highly satisfied with their movers and customer service, great company to work with! Thank you EAGLE read more

Hi Mike, I wanted to thank you and the 4 men that helped us move. You definitely deserve a 5 STAR rating. They were prompt, arriving 15 minutes early. Handled all of our belongings with care. They patiently placed everything where I wanted. They were very careful to put foot covers on when walking on the carpet and didn't leave until all was done. They were also very nice and pleasant to work with. THANK YOU! read more

I had to retrieve my items from my old place during the midst of a divorce. Maria, the dispatcher, did an amazing job of being accommodating, encouraging, and positive throughout the entire process. She also served as the neutral third party liaison between my ex and I so that we didn't have to communicate. It kept the entire process smooth and without conflict. Maria deserves a gold metal for keep me calm, cool, and collected during a high stress situation. read more

Things started out well, but quickly turned south. Movers were extremely late, multiple high priced items were broken (the cost to replace/repair is upwards of $400), and I've yet to hear back regarding a solution. Think twice before hiring these movers! My husband and I moved on 7/03/16 to a different state and really needed help loading our U-Haul. We had a few large pieces of furniture and some appliances. We thought it'd be best to hire professionals. When I was unable to get in touch with our movers, I contacted US Eagle movers and they were able to squeeze me in the next day for $150! I was so relieved. I was in contact with Mike multiple times on the day of our move and was happy to have a time frame, between 2 and 4. After 4, when they had not yet shown up, I was told they'd be there soon. At 4:57, still no movers. After multiple conversations, I was informed that they were at the wrong address 30 minutes away!! The guys did not show up until 6. The only upside here was that they discounted my price to $80--which I paid in cash and gave the guys a $20 tip. The guys appeared to do a good job; in hindsight, however, they were likely tired and trying to get out of my house as soon as possible. They forced my $2000 fridge through a gate instead of taking the doors off. This resulted in horrendous dents and scratches that are not fixable (I'll need to replace the panels on the doors). Further, they stacked the dryer on top of the washer--this would have been fine if the whole damn thing weren't sitting on top of a vintage buffet leg! The leg broke off and I'll have to get it fixed by a wood smith. Lastly, my West Elm bed frame was dinged rather badly. All in all, hiring movers has cost me dearly. read more

Everything went great! It was very last minute (my fault) but they took very good care of me! Everything went quickly, David explained how they were gonna tackle everything and the cost. I was completely clueless about my next move but I felt at ease with the team and could finally relax read more

I hired the services last minute and they responded quickly. Can I just say their employees Roberto and Anthony, we're phenomenal, they worked hard, efficiently and went the extra mile. I highly recommend them to everyone who requires moving services. Again Thank you so much to Roberto and Anthony. They made my life so much easier lol read more

Used them twice, to pack a POD then to unpack. Very professional, prompt and have ETA on arrival which is underrated. Very thorough job both times and would definitely use them again. read more

I can't express how happy I am right now that I chose US Eagle Moving, we just finished my 2 bedroom move and it went so smooth and easy, the movers were nice and very professional, I'm really satisfied with the job they provided to me. Definitely gonna use them for my next move! read more

Well done guys! I was totally in a bind with a sudden unexpected last minute move. Matt and Carlos showed up on time and were incredibly professional and very kind. I was a little nervous about their COVID procedures but they wore masks the whole time and were cognizant of social distancing and sanitizing things. Thanks for being thorough and protecting my furniture even when I got too overwhelmed to care! read more

Great movers. They were on time and efficient. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving.

Mike was the first to respond to my Yelp inquiry for movers. Setup for the appointment was smooth and easy. Was scheduled for a 3 man job, but only two guys showed up due to the third not coming to work. Thankfully Jordan and David were both industrious and efficient. During the move, I saw them pause for a maybe 5 minute break to eat the sandwiches that my wife had gotten then. But other than that, they were pretty much at it full speed until the job was done. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable mover. read more

Planning a cross country move was incredibly complicated, including a tight timeframe to get my things moved in before flying back to my former home to make the long drive. Thank goodness for US Eagle Movers! I had to reschedule multiple times to accommodate a delayed closing and the complications of a POD drop-off and pickup at a small condo, but Mike was super kind and reassuring. The movers who arrived were efficient and careful, even when getting my grandma's family heirloom piano into my second-floor walkup. I'll be recommending US Eagle to anyone I know in the SD area who needs movers. read more

David did a great job, no furniture was damaged and everything was done well! I would def recommend them for fast and efficient moving. read more

Thank you for helping me move during these current times. The guys that moved me were nice. However, I was not expecting my 1 bedroom move would take 7 hours. I do wish somethings had happened differently during the move. read more

They were good and I'm overall happy with the move. They damaged one of my dresser drawer brackets but I called afterwards and the owner came out to fix it. I also had to call afterwards for them to return the $50 deposit so make sure to follow up on that if you hire them! read more

EXCELLENT, HARD WORKING, FRIENDLY, PROMPT, AND FLEXIBLE FAR BEYOND NORMAL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! When my original moving company (Paradigm Movers) stood me up entirely for my 9am Sunday appointment, through some luck I found these guys, who canceled their Sunday plans to go get a truck and made it to my place by early afternoon for a VERY last minute appointment! Yusuf and "AYE-zee" (nickname) arrived ready to work with a huge truck. These guys are GREAT. I can't remember the last time I encountered anyone so polite! It was over 90 degrees & SWELTERING in El Cajon on a Sunday afternoon in August, but that didn't slow these young men down. We were all drenched but I was the only one complaining! I was moving to 2 locations: 70% of my stuff to storage, and the rest to my new residence. I'd marked my boxes as going to one or the other, and they were fantastic to note that as they loaded the truck. I even had some marked "storage front" (easy access things) and they did their best to accommodate that while loading and unloading. SIX AND A HALF HOURS LATER.... Yusuf & A-Z & I were best friends, haha. They are VERY VERY VERY friendly and happy to chat as little or as much as you'd like. I will definitely call these guys for my next move, it went super well and their friendliness and courtesy was UNPARALLELED in any of my (several) prior moving experiences. THANK YOU, YUSUF & A-Z! read more

The movers were quick and efficient. Mike was also very responsive to any inquiries via call or text. I'm giving four stars since the movers arrived earlier than the provided ETA, so we were a little caught off-guard. Some of our wood furniture also got scuff marks, but this may have been because we declined the shrink wrap charge. Overall, I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a quick, easy, and affordable move! read more

We had a terrible experience with the movers we hired last week to load our truck so we were in a scramble to find a new company to use to unload our truck in Ramona yesterday. The two movers showed up on time and ready to go! They were so quick and worked so hard - even in 95 degree heat. I would use them again and again - but I'm not moving for a long time. :) read more

Turns out this company was illegally using another company's insurance and license number!!! Do not use this moving service! They never took my phone calls, called me back, reimbursed me or paid for their movers HUGE mistake. I had to pay over $1500 to fix the wood floors they scratched by careless moving. To not even reimburse me for the move or offer to make it right is just lazy and poor management. On top of it, they are illegally using another moving company's information to seem legit! Beware. ***UPDATE ABOVE**** This is my first Yelp review and for someone that rarely complains, sends meals back or gives feedback about service, understand this is bad. I called last minute and spoke with the supervisor Mike- fortunately they were able to accommodate. 2 young guys showed up, One of which, Kevin, was friendly and made me feel very comfortable with the move. The other, who didn't bother to introduce himself was rude, walked in with sunglasses on and never took them off. This was a small 1 bedroom job with a few other items, one of which was a buffet (cabinet)- this is where it went downhill. The movers didn't bother to lift the cabinet or put a cloth under so when it was lazily pushed to the front door it left tracks of scratches and scuff marks in its path. Discovering this far after the movers had left I called Mike who sent out his manager to look at. After the manager had the nerve to tell me the scratch wasn't caused by them only the scuff marks he went on to tell me that they would send me an email or something official that I could send back to the property owner stating that they would make restitution For the floors. I am still waiting and after multiple calls and being told I would be called back nothing has happened. If you expect The property you're departing or moving into to be treated with respect I highly suggest going elsewhere. A $300 move for two hours is now costing me $1300 for repairs to the property. I'll update my review should this be resolved! read more

I am pleased with my service from US Eagle Moving. I was skeptical about hiring this company based on some of the low reviews but I'm glad I did. US Eagle moving had professional and hard working movers at both the pick up and drop off location. My move was medium size and across multiple states. Nothing was damaged or lost during the process. I even had expensive items that were not wrapped and all of it was accounted for Moving can be stressful and just know that US Eagle moving is a legitimate business and can get the job done for a great price. If you are uncertain about which moving company to pick, I would recommend US Eagle based on their timeliness and trustworthiness. I assure you that if you have a simple move they will deliver all your belongings safely and on time read more

The guys who helped my wife and I move were great. The movers were suppose to come to my apartment at 8am. My wife and I had errands to run in the morning and forgot to bring our cellphones. The movers called our cell phones and even though they weren't able to reach us they waited for us to come back. Very nice of them! They were very careful with our belongings but were also fairly quick. The guys started moving our stuff around 830 and told us they would be done by 2pm. Instead they were able to move all our stuff and were done by 130pm. The 2 guys worked really hard. I would definitely recommend US Eagle Moving to anyone who needs to hire movers read more

Reliable and hardworking crew every time I've used them. I would use them again next time.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! These guys did an amazing job, they helped me sooo much with my move! I highly recommend US Eagle moving company. Mike called me a half hour before the appointment time and told me they would be there at 8 am. They were on time, and started right away. Hiring U.S. Eagle Moving Service was a good decision. They were professional, detail oriented and courteous. AWESOME experience working with Mike and the US Eagle Moving team! They had their work cut out for them! They were willing to work with my not so flexible schedule of having to move THE VERY NEXT DAY! Stevie and David were amazing! Every item was wrapped in moving blankets, covered in plastic, hauled up two flights of stairs, positioned perfectly and, most importantly, arrived at its final destination unscathed and scratch free! Update: Used them again and service was the same! read more

After getting cancelled and rescheduled and cancelled on again by Reliable Movers, US Eagle Moving Service was there to save the day! I really don't know what I would've done since I had to be out of my place. Thank you for your great service and professionalism. I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know! read more

Reliable, hardworking, and efficient. I had called around to several moving companies in San Diego and US Eagle Moving Service was both reasonably priced and had great customer service. Mike stopped by to give me an estimate for my move and then scheduled a time frame for when the movers were actually going to stop by. On the day of the move Mohammad showed up at the scheduled time and immediately started loading up the truck despite the other two guys running behind schedule. I've worked with other movers in the past who just take their time, especially when they are being paid by the hour. They were just as anxious as me to get everything loaded up so they could hit the road and it showed on how fast they got it done. I paid for a flat rate that included the truck, loading/unloading, and a long distance transport. Only downside is that it was hard to get anything in writing, but I did get a receipt after the move. You pay a small deposit to hold the date and time with the balance due after the completion of the job. Would definitely use them again. read more

These guys were amazing! Such team work and they worked so fast. They took maybe a 5 minute break within 5 hours. They moved my grand piano over a flight of stairs. I will refer you guys to anyone I know who needs movers. Thanks again guys! read more

I was very pleased with US Eagle Moving. David and Tacik arrived on time and immediately went to work. They wrapped everything carefully in plastic and it all arrived at the other end in perfect condition. I was very worried about an antique secretary but they wrapped it in plastic and padded it with blankets and it arrived with no problems. I would highly recommend US Eagle Moving and David and Tacik! read more

Thank you guys for an excellent, speedy, yet safe handling of my home! You made a very stressful move the easiest thing! Much appreciated!

Started off well enough with reasonable phone based estimate and confirmation the day before the move. Ended up costing over 3x the estimate and taking over 2x longer duration. This for a 40 mile move of 1 bedroom with garage and I had everything boxed. Details: 1) over 2 hours late, every 45 minutes a phone call with 'they will be there within 20 minutes'. final phone call, we are adding another mover for 3 total (but moves very fast) with an increase in $55 for the estimate (why am I paying for your lateness?) 2) movers have little motivation and basically sand-bagged the 3 hour quote to get to the hourly rate which was now more due to the extra mover, at this point $140/hr. Took 3 hours just to get the truck loaded, at least one hour was spent looking for the one person who spoke English to figure out what the holdup was. 3) upon finally arriving at my new place, overtly tired triad of movers were not happy with it being on the third floor. Why do you think I am paying for movers and at $140/hr? Plus they had the audacity to bill me for the 30 or so minutes they spent getting something to eat. 4) upon getting the final price at the end of the move, refusal to admit anything was amiss with what happened above, received a response to the effect: "This is normal and how these things work". Do yourself a favor: negotiate the hourly rate, cap a max time, get motivated movers (maybe first move in the day), and get a real estimate not some lowball offer. read more
