The staff is generally polite, but at times there is a noticeable lack of professionalism. For example, during a recent visit, the weekday front desk staff openly discussed a client who had just left, referring to them as "funny" in a negative way and made other complaints--while I was still present. The level of comfort in having that conversation in front of another client was concerning and gave the impression that this may be a common occurrence. Overall, the experience is decent, but improving professionalism--especially around client privacy and discretion--would make a significant difference.
