I really wanted to like this place because the one time I was able to be seen (after they felt bad and squeezed me into their schedule following an initial scheduling mistake) the service was good and I truly felt I could have benefited from ongoing care. Unfortunately, every attempt to schedule anything beyond that first appointment has been a major disappointment and incredibly unprofessional. They repeatedly double-booked my appointments, and I was never able to get in again because each time I scheduled, I received last-minute calls canceling on me. These issues are not the client's fault, they reflect poor staff training (which they admit to) and a serious lack of organization. While the actual service may be great when you can access it, the consistent scheduling failures make this place completely unreliable for ongoing care. It's especially upsetting because I have a full plate managing two sick parents and a full-time job. Coordinating appointments (especially ones I am looking forward to because they address pain or discomfort) is already a challenge, and last-minute cancellations are not just inconvenient they're deeply disrespectful of my time. Short version of this review: I love this place, and I highly recommend working with them if you're looking for help with sports recovery, massages or cryo-sculpting. They are honest people, hard working, very warm and welcoming, and have earned my business. Long version of this review: 7 weeks ago I came across a Facebook ad about a 6-week challenge with Cryo-Me to lose weight. I just completed that challenge last night, and what follows has been my experience. I've been depressed about not being able to lose weight lately, and was really looking for a motivation or a coach to help me stay focused. When I saw their FB ad, I skeptically filled out the form, picked an appointment, and waited for a call back. A few hours later Shane (the owner) reached out and welcomed me on board. He asked a few screening questions, how serious I was about this challenge, and I clearly showed interest and determination. He warmly invited me to take their free assessment and determine if this challenge was what I needed. I showed up the next day, and I met the specialist assigned to me (Kat) and the front office lady (Kimberly) - amazing people! They warmly welcomed me on board, took my info, and off I was to the assessment screening. Kat did some weight measurement, a 3D body scan, and boy was I terrified at the looks of my body and all the curves I had developed. I knew I needed help! Kat walked me through the challenge, what I would expect. She explained that cryo sculpting isn't going to magically turn me overnight, but if I disciplined myself, ate right, worked out, then the cryo sculpting would help me reduce fat faster in the troublesome areas in my body (lower abdomen primarily). The catch? You pay a decent sum of money for the 6-week program and if you lose 15lbs then your money is returned and you get the program for free :-) My eyes glowed when I heard that, that was the extra kick/challenge I was looking to motivate me to stay on track! Mind you, there was a chance I would fail and lose the money, but I'm a guy that likes to take chances and stays disciplined when the right conditions are set. I signed up, set the appointment schedule for the upcoming 6 weeks, paid 10% deposit (rest on first appointment) and off I was to the start. The weigh in would take place on my first appointment, and I started researching the best practices to hit my goals within those 6 weeks ... after all, there's money on the line and I hate losing! I weighed in at close to ~242lbs on my 1st appointment, body measurements were embarrassing for my height, but I was determined. The encouragement from the staff members on that day was off the charts, you could genuinely feel they wanted me to succeed and pass the challenge. It's funny because common sense suggests that Cryo Me loses money if I win, but this just made them feel more genuine, they want you to succeed ... and the challenge is designed to help you get there. Over the following 6 weeks I followed I would consult Kat, Kimberly or Shane every week on what I was doing, and the advise was always sound and simple. I was walking every day, hit my nutrition macros, water volume, calorie deficit, sleeping hours, and I felt the improvement. 6 weeks is a LONG time to stay disciplined, and I did have 3~4 cheat days, but even those I would stay reminded of the money on the line, so I wouldn't mess up badly and would go on a longer walk the following day to make up. I was on a mission! My 6th weigh-in was last night, and I'm proud to report that I came in at ~224, so 18 lbs lost over 6 weeks. That's an average of 3 lbs per week! The sculpting definitely helped with the reduction of fat in my lower abdomen, and I couldn't be more grateful. Did I get my money back? YES! I went to Cryo Me looking to get some relief from pain due to carpal tunnel syndrome. My doctor had referred me to get surgery as this have been getting worse for years. I went to Cryo Me and had a couple of sessions w/ Mario. He did some stretching & localized cryotherapy and it has made a huge difference! Before getting into my review, let me first say I HATE the cold and am super sensitive to cold temperatures. If I had a stronger word than hate I would use that, lol. I have been here before just to tag along with my boyfriend Josiah whose review you can also see here. So my first few visits were just strictly observational for me. I had no interest in partaking in "cold therapy", although my background as a personal trainer and massage therapist helps me recognize the amazing benefits. After being in lots of pain I figured I needed to suck it up and get treatment. I have to emphasize how terrified and nervous I was to get into the chamber. But..I guess when the pain you're dealing with is debilitating you will make sacrifices to get rid of it. The flexors of my forearms and arms have been fatigued due to working on many Massage Therapy clients over the past few months, I decided to take advantage of the first time client special that allows you to try the chamber, localized cryo, and compressions. The chamber indeed got me very cold but it was suprisingly tolerable and the session time is so quick by the time you want to get out because your calves are freezing, your time in the chamber is about to end. For me, since I had some bruising on my right hand flexors my therapist Gonzalo instead opted for light "scraping" therapy and massage work that helped tremendously. He also finished the session with warm towels and put me into immediately the lobby area where compressions are done. They have compression options for legs (most popular), hip/low back and arms/chest. I opted for the arms chest (see photo). After the compressions my arms were extremely relieved of the pain that I originally came in with. This is super crucial for me especially because my arms and body are my tools for work! This is the perfect place to come if you are looking for faster recovery, especially if you dont have the time to lay down for a 60 or 90 minute massage. But that is still an option here which is amazing! They also have other services available like the hyperbaric chamber, etc. We have enjoyed are visits to much we just became Gold Members and cant wait to take advantage of the benefits. read more

I decided to FINALLY check this place out after looking for a place that deals with Cryotherapy, and being a little bummed that the closest place before Cryo Me is in Roseville. I'd heard about Cryo Me after seeing some flyers that were left on my car window, while parked at the gym. I was looking to schedule an appointment to do the full body Cryotherapy (Cryo) treatment, localized Cryo and the leg massage package. I didn't see where I could set up and appt for all three online, so I left as message around 11. I didn't hear back at around 1:30 so I called again and someone picked up this time, and I was able to setup an appointment for 2:15pm. Once I arrived I walked in the location and noted a sign at the desk right inside of the entrance, that said Cryo Me was located at the far back of the building. My girlfriend, my boys and I walked to the back which is the main area of Cryo Me where you could see the reception desk to the right. And the full body Cryo chamber to the left behind a door that could close for privacy. There was someone just starting they full body Cryo treatment when I got there, so while she was assisted by the receptionist. I filled out some paperwork, and then waited maybe 5 minutes until it was my turn after the lady doing Cryo. Was then transitioned to the leg massage treatment. I went in the back and got down to my underwear and put on the gloves and socks, which protect your fingers and toes from potential frostbite. And got in the chamber after the receptionist adjusted it for my height, since the lady before me was much shorter. And when in the Cryo chamber you need to be have you neck and head exposed to protect your lungs and face. You're in the chamber for all of 3 minutes, but 3 minutes is plenty of time to get the results you need from the -225 degree temperature from the liquid nitrogen. At about -120 I began to feel the constriction of the blood vessels in the skins, and the receptionist began having me turn around in a slow circle. To keep blood circulating to my heart, and to keep my heart working properly. That really does help you take your mind off of how cold you are, and before you know it you're done and out of the chamber. My boys thought it was cool how when the chamber opened, off of the "smoke" came pouring out and they wanted to touched it and see how cold it was. After getting dressed it was on to the localized treatment on my wrist, which is the most recent reason I decided to come in. Since I'd strained the ligaments in my right wrist over a month earlier, and it still isn't 100%. The localized Cryo machine is like that of the cooling machine in an tattoo removal place, so I was pretty familiar with using it. What was weird was that the injured area of my wrist responded more to the treatment the non-injured side. Maybe it was the deep cold treatment constricting the injured ligaments, and helping reduce the inflammation. But all I know is that that injured side really ached from the treatment when the other side of the wrist didn't, regardless of if I was getting treatment to the inside or outside of the wrist. Over the treatment lasted 6 minutes. The final treatment was the leg compression therapy, where you slip into a pair of leg compression sleeves that zip up and contact to a machine. Once the machine turns on the leg sleeves fill up with are and squeeze you legs, with extra focused compression on different parts of your legs at different times. This treatment last 15 minutes, and I finished feeling extreme relaxation in my legs. As if I'd just had a very good deep tissue massage, and my legs had a good tingling sensation for about 10-15 minutes after. All of this as a 1st time patient was ONLY $25....yes $25 dollars. How can you beat that type of therapy for that price? Cryotherapy has all of the benefits of an ice bath after an intense working or training, with out some of the possible side effects. I definitely recommend Cryotherapy treatment and checking out Cryo ME for the Cryotherapy needs! read more

They will steal your money from your credit card without your authorization and keep continuing doing it without telling you, even you notified that and called them, they still continue doing that. I enrolled my son at Cryo me 9230 Laguna Bruceville store in late of April. They told me I can cancelled it 30 days before it expired but it's three month membership. I provided them my credit card information to pay for this. My son only went there twice in April. Since his middle school is on summer holidays since May. I called them in May to cancel the membership. They said okay I can just cancel it by phone call. After the call, I still went to their shop to confirm they cancel it. They said it's cancelled and June would be the last month of the service. But they lied. They continue charging me $125 on Jul 24, I found it out and called them tell them it's already cancelled. The girl worked there said she would call the manager and asked their manager to call me. I also complained the dispute payment to bank. I thought every thing should be fine since they said it's cancelled they are sorry for that. I did not pay attention to the credit card expense after that. The fact is they continue charging me $125 every month on Jul 24, Aug 23, and Sep 25. And they did not return the $125 from July. They did it every month. I got a new job in August and started very busy did not check the credit card expense at all. Because I trust them I thought they are nice people. Unfortunately when I review my credit card expense before Thanksgiving, I found out they charge me $ 125 every month since July. I called them again told them my anger and sad. They said their boss would call me. And the boss did not call me back like last time. I don't know how many people run into the same problem. It's a cheating shop and not honest merchant. I suffer from chronic pain and was really looking forward to my one hour massage here but I was very disappointed. The therapist didn't have proper draping technique, the pressure wasn't consistent, the areas I wanted massage wasn't focused on, and the massage technique was really bad. I expected more from this business and was really hoping that some of my body pain would be relieved from my visit but instead I felt worse. When I arrived I was informed the cryo machine would be down for multiple hours. I came here to work on my beer belly that I've accumulated since Covid hit. I was not overweight by most standards, but I did have a protruding belly that bothered me and made me feel self-conscious in a lot of my clothes. I'm 48 years old, 5'4" and weighed 132. My goal was to lose 5-10 pounds. I've tried cool sculpting in the past at a different business and didn't notice much difference but wanted to give it another try. It is a significant financial investment for me, but I knew it would motivate me. Mario is a great coach. I've taken (almost) every piece of advice and adhere to it. (nutritional advice and cutting back on alcohol) I'm only about half way through my 10-session package and I've lost 10 pounds and I now notice my stomach is flatter and my clothes are fitting way better. Cryo Me is conveniently located in the Raley's parking lot. Parking is plentiful. I tried their introductory offer for $35 which includes localized cryotherapy, whole body cryotherapy, and body compressions. Shane was very friendly and engaging and I enjoyed my experience. I've been battling some lingering neck issues from an car accident over 18 months ago. Unfortunately physical therapy hasn't helped and a spine specialist and my neurosurgeon do not recommend surgery. I was pleasantly surprised that within a few days my neck felt better than it has in nearly two years. I recently had reconstructive knee surgery and I was dreading the rehabilitation process now that I'm 39 and this is my fifth knee surgery. I've been using the hyperbaric oxygen chamber five days a week and doing whole body cryotherapy once a week. My orthopedic surgeon was very pleased with my progress and how my incisions looked 13 days post op. You have to trust the process. The employees here are friendly and helpful and I'll continue to refer people to them. read more

I want to start off by saying in no way am I slandering Cryome just want everyone to know the truth. I started going to Cryome when they first opened on Bruceville then went to Elk Grove Blvd/Franklin then back to Bruceville. Shane the owner was great and I referred a lot of friends with student athletes for the benefits of Cryo. The past year the whole vibe has changed. I know Covid has really affected everyone but Shane changed. He became argumentative with customers and have heard him arguing with staff on many occasions. When Cryome offered Chiropractic care inwas thrilled as well as many friends I referred for that as well. The Chiropractors were phenomenal until they were under pressure to shorten visits Shane kept telling them to get people in and out and this is not how Chiropractors work. Ultimately they both left and a big void was missing. Customers were told there was not a demand for Chiropractic care which is not true at all. A massage therapist came in who has the most amazing healing of any therapist I've ever met. She was really getting my stress knots out and I had booked several more appts. I had to visit my dad in Oregon and I called to cancel two appts I had and I got text reminders that my appt was coming up I called to tell the front desk I would not be able to go to the two appts and canceled them. When I got another reminder I called again and was told I was a no show. I would never not show and I did not. I asked to let my Therapist know that was not correct. I texted Shane and told him what happened and to please tell her I was not a no show. He never did and I went to her last night and confronted him why he didn't tell her. He laughed at me and was rude. He texted me and told me she is paid regardless and it was not a priority to him. I told him I felt he was disrespectful. He texted me and said he canceled my membership, canceled all my appts and said it wasn't working out for them. I had an issue with him and believe any business owner would have wanted to meet with me to discuss why I felt the way I did. I have come to find out people have left and the turnover is high also. The receptionist upfront was very helpful in providing information of services provided. This was my first time. She recommended the body compressions to help with my cold extremities and explained how it would help. After trying the torso and leg compressions I felt more circulation and my feet were much warmer. CryoMe also offers a host of health services such as cryotherapy, infrared sauna and several other services you can read about in their brochures or on their website. The staff are friendly, glad to provide information and do not pressure you in anyway to commit. Prices are reasonable, and I will certainly come back to try the arm compression and leg compression. I highly recommend using the oxygen chamber! I used it to treat chronic pain and it significantly reduced my inflammation and pain level.
