Stopped here on our way out of the airport. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super cute shop, clean inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Both the milk tea with boba and the Vietnamese coffee were delicious. Recommend!

Thai Milk Tea with honeysuckle boba pearls

Take a break. Take a boba. It was a warm and sunny day, and my taste buds were craving the refreshing quench of a boba tea drink. Just a few minutes' drive away, US Boba Tea welcomed me with many choices of cold drinks. The Thai milk tea was so inviting and for the first time, I decided to try it with honeysuckle boba pearls. The deep flavor of brewed tea and the creamy sweetness kept me sipping. The service was welcoming and warm especially when you're looking for something cold to drink. While there's nothing particularly spectacular about their drinks as you can have an order of same milk tea flavors in different boba shops that have sprouted all over the valley, it was still enjoyable. Inside the shop, a pretty wallpaper adds a touch of beauty to its ambiance. I liked it--it's pleasing to the customers' eyes and enhances the shop's vibe.

Don't really venture this far north but was glad to stop by US Boba Tea in this strip mall. It has a pretty big area inside to chill out or study in and you can order boba from the two kiosks inside or the front. Staff were friendly and efficient and I got my lychee green tea refresher ($6.50) pretty quick. Flavors were on point and delicious! Lychee was refreshing and the 25% sweetness I got was perfect. Def would stop by again.

    Disappointing boba.

Was super excited to find what looked like an amazing boba place in the north east part of town. After all, online this place proudly proclaimed themselves "#1 Boba Tea Store AZ". First impressions: location was in a very typical plaza. The art on the wall reminded me of an old Italian restaurant and didn't really go with the place. Location was empty on a Saturday afternoon and the staff looked bored while waiting around for customers. I was the only customer and the lady at cash greeted me and was very friendly. While this boba spot has many drink choices, as far as I can tell the majority or all are made with powders and syrups solely - resulting in a very lackluster final product. Other boba shops in town make their own chewy brown sugar boba, but apparently theirs comes in bagged and is more like a crystal boba (crunchy in texture). The only soft chewy boba they had was their honey boba. Let me just say, the honey boba was one of the worst bobas I've ever experienced. It was mushy like macaroni that is waterlogged from overcooking. There was no flavor to the boba, and additionally no chew. I'm beginning to wonder if they even cook the boba there, or if it also comes in bagged? Even if it was cooked here, how long ago? We ordered the taro smoothie and the classic black milk tea. Neither drink tasted all that great for a $6.50 start price and at least 85 cents per topping. The only customizing this locations allows is sweetness, but ice levels or type of dairy are not options they offer. Not sure if they have any rewards program like many other locations as it was never brought to my attention by anyone in store (but it doesn't matter as I would not return). I have no idea where or why this location got so many positive reviews, but my experience definitely did not live up to the hype. I can confidently say out of the dozens of boba places I've been over the years, this is definitely one of the worst based on drink taste/boba quality/value.

    Taro and winter melon

My boyfriend and I love boba. We saw this place and made a detour to stop and try it. I was also happy to see a special on winter melon tea. I of course got that and needed to try their salted crema and honey boba. My boyfriend got his usual choice of blended taro. We both really enjoyed our drinks, they were full of flavor and the boba was cooked well. The only thing I noticed was my salted crema didn't look like the photo. What I got was a thin layer vs a fluffy layer like the photos. It I'm in the area I would come back and try a different flavor.

We showed up because we were lost. I ordered because the food looked good. When using the ordering kiosk, I enjoyed using a giant touch screen. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. I ordered for 6 people and had no complaints. We met the owner( he was the only one there). He didn't mention they were closing soon. He had a smile on his face and seemed happy to help us with anything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The whole place, including restroom, was clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was perfect except it took a while. I will go earlier in the day next time so there will be mote than one person.

New boba spot in Scottsdale! Love to see it. Today was the last day of their BoGo drink offer, so we came by in the afternoon. There were a few folks ahead of us and I checked out the menu as we waited in line. They have a range of options and I love that they have a wintermelon section, will have to try them another visit. There are two kiosks for ordering which is neat, and I'll have to use them next time to order said wintermelon drink. It's a cute spot with a café-esque backdrop on the left wall as you walk in. Flowers on every table and the ordering counter. The staff was energetic and welcoming, and helpful too. I ordered the caramel black milk tea with honey boba, 50% sugar and less ice. We also ordered a Thai tea with coconut jelly and I got a plain bubble waffle. Our drinks were ready in a timely manner and mine was on the sweet side, but probably because of the caramel. The boba was chewy and fresh. The waffle was good, I like that the bubbles pop off easily for fun consumption. I took it home and topped it with some chocolate syrup and ice cream, but it was pretty good by itself too. I don't think I'd tried bubble waffles before so I wasn't sure how it was supposed to taste, but it tasted like a waffle so seems accurate. Glad to see boba joints popping up around the valley, so welcome to Scottsdale, Us Boba Tea!

First time visiting Us Boba Tea and it was delicious. I ordered the honeydew milk drink with boba. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We loved that there were various board games to play and a foosball table.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also have various food items available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The boba shop was very clean and the employee was so helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Vietnamese coffee latte with honey cooked boba
    Diane W.

Amazing service and great drinks. The owner Dee happened to be there and she was so lovely. Very attentive and was able to help us make our selections from her extensive menu. My son tried the strawberry smoothie with cooked honey boba. They used fresh strawberry puree and frozen strawberries instead of a powder or syrup. He gave it two thumbs up. My husband had the Vietnamese coffee with honey cooked boba (#64). It was strong but smooth and the boba was perfectly chewy and fresh. I had the Vietnamese coffee latte with cooked honey boba. It was really good. Not too strong and not too overpowering. Some may think it's too sweet but you can adjust the sweetness level....the default is exactly how I like it. I'd definitely recommend this place

We were craving bubble tea and saw that this spot just opened up. We ordered two tea refreshers, a bubble waffle, and an order of fried dumplings. The food are made to order so there are a little wait but well worth it.

Parking was easy with both street and garage options available, which is always a plus. The space offers both indoor seating and a dog-friendly patio, giving it a relaxed and welcoming vibe. We ordered the Strawberry Latte and a vanilla cappuccino. Unfortunately, the Strawberry Latte was a bit disappointing since it lacked much strawberry flavor and isn't something we'd order again. The vanilla cappuccino, however, was excellent -- rich, flavorful, and served piping hot, which I personally loved. Even though one drink missed the mark, the atmosphere and the cappuccino made it worth the visit. Definitely a spot worth stopping into and trying for yourself.

The kitchen is in the middle of the shop, and with 6+ employees working there, it created a lot of noise. The matcha was okay, but pricey at $9. I also ordered the banana bread and was surprised there wasn't a banana nut option, especially for a bakery. Overall, the food and drinks were ok, but the noise level makes it unlikely I'll return when I need a place to study or have a conversation.
