We are still in the process of replacing and repairing the renovations done to the house we purchased 2 1/2 years ago. The bathtubs continue to "pop," the carpet is shredding, the appliances were bottom line so were replaced, natural wood (cabinets, etc.)had paint from the walls on it, the toilets are bottom line and frequently plug up, the company had to come out to take care of a nail that came up through one of the tubs, a towel rack was left hanging that had to be removed and replaced, bathroom water faucet had to be fixed, heating/ac ducting wasn't wrapped, and there are other items that needed attending to. We essentially paid for the work they did including the profit they felt due them and we have had to pay again for the repairs and replacements. At first glance on looking at the house during a time of desperation, it didn't look that bad. When we moved in, we saw the mess we had purchased.
