I reached out to NHance on February 11th to build a custom cabinet. I told Ben, the owner, that I…read moreneeded the project completed by March 21st as I had vacation plans. He assured me it would be no problem. It was a small project and wouldn't take more than five days. I signed the contract and then didn't hear from him for a few days, so I reached out to see when the project was scheduled. He said it was scheduled for March 10th. On March 9th I hadn't heard from him so I contacted him to see what time his crew would be there the following day. He said they already started the cabinet and as soon as they were done painting, they will be there to do the installation. I asked him if the installation would only take a day and he said yes that most of the work will be done at the shop. I have all this in text messages. I contacted Ben again on the 15th for an update and got the same story about the cabinets being under the painting process. On the 16th Ben called to say his crew was on their way. No advance notice, just they're on their way. One guy showed up and was here for an hour and a half and left. I texted Ben to see if he would be back. He replied with "let me check" and then I didn't hear back from him that day. He contacted me on the 17th and said that John would be there at 3:00 PM to finish the tv cabinet and the painting would be done the following day. The painting that was under process at his shop for weeks. I spent the next two weeks never knowing when/if they would show up. They would either say they were coming on a specific day/time and not show up or show up without notice. My mom was visiting and we spent eight days sitting upstairs in my guest room with our four dogs. I had to cancel my vacation that I was supposed to leave for on the 21st. They left the old cabinet in front of my house on the sidewalk which I had to dispose of myself. They painted walls that I didn't want painted. I've lived in my house for 26 years and have done a lot of remodeling and improvements. This was by far the worst experience.

My mom's house is around 30 years old. The tub/shower combo was original and started peeling in spots. The towel bar, vanity light, and other items were also original and needed to be replaced.
