My daughter wanted her eyebrows done for her 17th birthday and I needed mine done. But I typically don't care for threading. I booked an appointment online for waxing. When we arrived we were able to be seen earlier than our scheduled time. The owner explained that she wanted to try her method of threading, so we agreed. Wow, this place is pretty amazing. I found this business via a local Martinez page. After reading the reviews, I called in and asked for a an appointment. I was told to just come in. During the span of maybe 15 minutes, Sunita did 3 peoples eyebrows. This kind of worried me at first, but all the clients looked great, so I proceeded. Came here for to get our eyebrows threaded for the first time ever with my niece and we are very happy with the results. The kind woman took care of both of us, and was very patient with us first timers. She even asked if we wanted aloe to soothe our eyebrows after. Suneeta is amazing. She always does my eyebrows perfect. There's been a few times that I have gone elsewhere and they have messed up my brows. Suneeta always fixes them and makes sure to let me know which parts I have to let grow in order to get my brows right. I have had 2 other girls do my brows at this location and they have done a wonderful job too. This is definitely my go to place for my eyebrows and I won't make the mistake of going elsewhere. I wish I had before and after pictures because my eyebrows were horrific prior to getting them threaded. It took a while for me to find a location to do my eyebrows and after some searching and looking at reviews I decided to visit Urs Threading. I absolutely love this place and Suneeta! She is super awesome and sweet! She talked to me through the entire process, which eased my mind since this was my first time getting my brows threaded. The brow threading service was swift; approximately 8-10 minutes. The environment was welcoming and clean. There is a seating area inside for those who are waiting, and a small parking lot outside the location. Also the prices are great. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Excellent service! I will never get my eyebrows threaded anywhere else! I've been going here for years and Suneeta always makes my eyebrows look so good. If you really want to have Suneeta do your eyebrows, I recommend calling first before making your way over there because sometimes she might not be there. I recently got my eyebrows done with the other girls and I was hesitant at first, but I trusted that Suneeta wouldn't just hire anyone who isn't able to thread as good as her. They did a great job as well! They always trim some of my long hairs they're not able to thread afterwards and ask if I want any lotion to help with the redness on my eyebrows which I really appreciate. The parking is kinda small, but people are in and out in like 10 minutes so I never had trouble with it. Overall, I highly recommend going here! read more

I found URS Threading about 2-3 years ago and since then, they have never disappointed me. Suneeta was always polite and greeted me every time I walked in or walked out even if she wasn't serving me or was working on somebody elses' brows etc. The staff too are friendly. Just last week I was running late for work so I stopped by their Pleasant Hill branch for the first time (For years I have been going to Willow Pass). Ritu served me and she was just wonderful. We had some fun laughs and interesting conversations while she worked on my brows. In the end, my brows were SO GOOD! Response to the owner: I never said you, or other employees have stated that I needed to wear a mask and maintain a 6 foot distance. The sign on your windows does, and this is what people read before they come inside so what else are your customers supposed to think?! Secondly, I never asked, mentioned or care if you're all vaccinated. That is your business, and just an FYI, you can still contract the virus. Thirdly, you claim that the AC is on, but I've been to your business 3x on hot days and as a guess, it feels like it's been set to 70/75 degrees. Lastly, this review was brought down further due to your rude response initially that you've now edited? Deleted? Initial review: I really like this place and my line of work makes me travel a lot, so depending what city I'm in I have a few eyebrow threading places that I frequent. Now that the mask mandates have been lifted in California, this business is still requiring you to wear masks and maintain 6 feet distance. I find this ironic due to the fact they're less than a foot away from your face, and as a private business they have the right to request masks even though the restriction mandates are outdated. My only major complaint is that if you're going to require masks in an enclosed area, the least you can do is have an air purifier, and/or increase the A/C, especially when it's 90 degrees or more outside. It incredibly uncomfortable when it's this hot outside and now we're in a hot building, breathing our own hot breath. This defeats the purpose of achieving health. read more

I do not trust any other place with my brows. Urs Threading has never failed me. It's either great work or greater work by everyone I've seen. I've tried 3-4 places in Walnut Creek (pretty much more than double the cost here) 2 places in San Ramon, 2 in Davis, and 2 places and San Jose but nothing beats the price and quality of Urs threading. Keep in mind all the other places have either made my brows too thin, lopsided, or just uneven BUT I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH- this is the PLACE! I absolutely adore Suneeta, she has the most gentle hands and is extremely swift. I may have higher pain tolerance then others but she really is a master of her craft and it is painless. The last time I had my eyebrows threaded was more than a year ago. The lady left micro cuts from the pull of the thread and that experience left me slightly traumatized. I was willing to try again with URS. I am soooo happy, I wanted to cry. Finally, I found one that did not remove flesh with the eyebrow hair. I forgot to ask her name but she was able to pull just the hair, cleaned and shaped it according ro how I liked it. No sting when she applied the aloe. It was quick but not rushed. EEEK! HACK JOB ALERT! I popped into this place, because I was in the area and needed a last minute brow clean up. CLEAN UP. I specifically said, do not go thinner. and she repeated to me "not thinner?" correct. I also said do not trim them, as I trim them myself. Then she goes and trims them! WHY? Why can you not listen to your clients? also, I had to tweeze two days later, to remove all the hair that was broken off by the thread, not removed by the root. I was hesitant to write a review, but every day when I do my makeup, I makes me so mad that this girl ruined my eyebrows. i came here because this place had 5 stars, and after looking at other peoples photos, I'm not sure why.
