Review for my first eyebrow threading in March 2024: - went on a weekday around 11a. - 2 other people were there before and I waited a little less than 10 mins. - super quick as I have very little/sparse eyebrows! - I love the shape of my eyebrows now, they look amazing! - I was told by the esthetician if it's my first threading, it might last for 1 month. It's about 3 weeks and very little hairs started to start coming back, which is fine as I will tweeze these till I need another threading appointment. - would highly recommend and book via online! read more

I usually go to a place in Berkeley but I had an event so I needed by brows done asap. This one was closer to where I live, so I stopped by. It was completely empty on a Wednesday afternoon so no waiting required. The woman who did my brows was very nice, but I felt like my brows weren't as cleaned up as they normally are. The shape was fine. I had quite a few strays I ended up plucking when I got home. This won't be my go-to spot but a good option when I'm not feeling like making the drive to Berkeley. Big lot for parking so it's easy, but it's all metered/paid parking. read more

They do a nice job with eyebrows but they rush through facial threading. I did the full face and afterwards, I had a lot of sparse hairs around my upper lip and chin. Next time, I'd rather go to a place that takes their time and really tries to remove all of the facial hair. They're not particularly friendly either so the experience can be a little uncomfortable. read more

Very nice and clean inside, looks very professional. I'm used to paying $10 in a rundown looking place in Richmond so for the extra $3 this place seems worth it just for the ambiance. It's very quiet in here they should play music. I got my eyebrows done and I think they did a great job, I will be returning in the future for brow shaping. read more

My eyebrows are on my top 3 favorite physical parts about me. They're sacred to me. So I don't trust people with them, and I don't just let anyone touch them. I lived in SF, so I had my eyebrow lady I was loyal to for years. I moved to Pittsburg and l made the drive, but life got too busy, and I could not make the drive anymore. I have found the best brow service in the East Bay (and possibly the whole Bay Area.) I am incredibly particular when it comes to my eyebrows, always in search of that perfect arch. I found someone I liked in SF but upon moving the the Burbs, tried waxer after threader after plucker with no luck -- even after telling them "I like a nice arch - keep it full" I would end up with non-arched caterpillars or boring eyebrows I could do myself at home. but here! I came in with the same instruction and they knew exactly what I meant. I left with the perfect amount of arch to frame my face just right, perfectly symmetrical and beautifully arched without looking overdone and still nice and full. I am super enthused about this place and can't believe it's only $12 -- they did a way better job than any of the local $40 eyebrow spas, in a fraction of the time. By the way I didn't even see the famous owner - the girl who did my eyebrows (whose name I unfortunately can't remember was fabulous and so was the girl in the other chair. I would trust anyone here. There is a reason this salon has a 5 star rating! There is an eyebrow threading salon across the street from my home yet I will always hop in my car and make the drive to concord to get my brows done here by Suneeta :) I have been a happy customer for the past 3 years and all the women in my family also get their threading done here. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind so even if you have never gotten threading done before, I would recommend you come here! They offer a variety of well-priced services including threading, waxing, and brow tint and you can always do a walk in or get a same day appointment via their website (they do get busy). The store is clean and the ladies there do a great job of sanitizing everything in between customers! They take cash (preferred) or card and make sure you grab a stampcard because you'll be back ;) Today I went in to do my regular monthly eyebrow shaping and I also did brow tint for the first time because I am going to a special event this weekend. (Using my husband's YELP account) I've been a loyal customer of URS Threading and Suneeta for years, even before they expanded to other locations. Unfortunately, my recent visit was the worst I've ever had. I arrived around 5:45 pm this evening, expecting the same level of service I've come to know and trust. The technician seemed completely distracted, spending more time talking to her coworker than focusing on the service. As a result, it was the most painful threading experience I've had at URS. Worse, she left so much hair around my eyebrows that I had to go home and pluck them myself. For a place I've depended on for consistent, professional service, this was incredibly disappointing. read more

This used to be my to go spot. They have a new staff. She didn't even clean her hands with sanitizer or wash it before starting to thread and she touched my face without asking me several of times to move it on the side. The quality of her work is not there. She did an eyebrow threading but still hella hair was left on the side that I ASKED her to remove politely. Sad to see that this place is not how it used to be. read more

Soneeta saved my eyebrows!! I went to get a quick wax down the street from my home and the lady wakes so much of my eyebrows off especially the middle and the ends. I was so upset. The threading service is really good. We have visited several times and each time we like the results. Parking lot is small, but not usually a problem finding a spot. They were good about wiping down the chairs between each patron. Appointments are not necessary at this time. read more

This place saved my eyebrows!!! I was visiting my friend in L.A and at that time eyebrow threading was still closed in the bay so I got my eyebrows done down there and ended up with 90s eyebrows super thin and horrible. I didn't think they could be fixed unless I went months without threatening but a week later I came to this location in Concord and she saved my eyebrows they looked amazing. Ihave been coming here ever since I highly recommend them. This is my 3rd visit.. and while I would like to give it 5 stars recently during my 3rd visit the woman didn't execute the same level of service. My first service was done by Sunetta and she did a beautiful job of maintaining my thickness and giving me shape. My second visit Sunetta was not available and was serviced by a young woman 3rd seat from the entrance. I will say my 2nd appt she did great however recently during my 3rd visit she totally ruined my thickness and gave me thin brows after having discussed prior to her beginning the service how I loved the thickness and length and wanted to maintain the shape and fullness. So upset but again it's hair hoping it grows back before the new year! I will def return only I will not allow anyone to service me but Sunetta. read more

My daughter wanted her eyebrows done for her 17th birthday and I needed mine done. But I typically don't care for threading. I booked an appointment online for waxing. When we arrived we were able to be seen earlier than our scheduled time. The owner explained that she wanted to try her method of threading, so we agreed.
