Story: Went to another salon closer to my house for time and convenience and was so sad at how thin and sparse my eyebrows looked :( Had to grow them out a few months and after about 2 sessions with Suneeta they were back to normal! I visited the salon once during Covid (eyebrows have been untamed and bushy for too long) and was pleased to see the staff wearing face shield and masks making me feel safe. The reason why I gave them a 3 start is their customer service both times Iv came they have been rude. Dont take my wrong they. I came today on a Sunday and it was four of us that came to fo our eyebrows. I understand they are busy.. i was getting out of the car and the lady with the bond highlights was like "hurry up there is so many people waiting" ... and im like "so do you want us to leave?" like so rude!! every time I come its 3-4 or us! After my brows place closed down, I consulted Yelp and tried this place. About three years later, I haven't been anywhere else. I usually walk-in on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and I'm in the chair within 5minutes. I'm a bit picky with my brows because they don't grow back fast, I go only every 3-4months. I've never been unhappy yet. Today, Suneeta did them. You could tell the skills. I asked her not to remove the tails, because they won't grow back :( so she stopped several times in the middle and asked me to look to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated that. Most will just thread away and ask you to look only at the end, when the hairs are already gone ! She actually showed me the line of how my brow was growing, and asked if she she should remove the hairs under that line. read more

OMG. Came here because my regular thread-ist (?) is gone for a well deserved extended vacation and SO happy I trusted the over 500 5-star reviews on yelp. First off they take walk-ins that is a dream for a busy working mom. Second they complimented me when I came in-I have NEVER been told anything nice about my brows in their "natural" state.
