He is absolutely a pro with his solar panel and window cleaning and his prices are very good. What's changed is how he managed our last 2 scheduled appointments. He didn't show up either day, and he didn't tell us he wasn't showing up until the day of the appointments. My understanding is that he needed to reduce the geographical area he was supporting (and we were outside that), as well as reduce his window cleaning service. We totally get that and were fully supportive. We were just very disappointed that we had to wait so long and have him cancel 2 appointments before he "cut the cord" with us.

The whole process went smoothly from consultation, inspections, installation and system turn on. I actually inquired with several companies and chose them because we thought they offered the best deal and did not make us feel pressured or upsold. A coworker also recommended them which was reassuring. We did have a metering issue with SoCal Edison, and Solar Optimum was actually the one that caught the error. They were patient and understanding while Edison took over a month to fix it. Brandon, Jilbert and everyone I spoke with were always accommodating! Super recommend! Hopefully they continue to be just as great down the line if we ever need any work or service done.

Disappointing Christmas Lights Installation Experience…read more After they reached out to me due to being a previous customer we hired this window cleaning company to install Christmas lights, and it turned out to be a regrettable decision. Also keep in mind we paid $110 an hour for the lights to be installed! Within a week, some lights fell, and when we sought help, they demanded $50 to fix the issue. The blame game began, with them pointing fingers at the clips that came with the lights (brand new from Ace). During installation he asked for tape, we offered various options like nailing or duct tape, but they insisted on using our painters tape. I would expect a light installer to come with the appropriate materials to secure lights. Most people don't even keep their clips or they break. To make matters worse, when we contacted them about the problem, they shifted blame to the product and claimed they only guarantee their work if you use their lights. This policy is absurd, as most customers already have their own decorations. This lack of accountability and refusal to stand by their work, especially during the holiday season, is unacceptable. We had used their services before for window cleaning, but this experience has left us disappointed and determined never to use them again. Save yourself the trouble and find a company that values both quality and customer service.

AVOID doing business with this company! We paid this company twice. 1st after the inspection was done, and another after they installed the new inverter for us. We paid what the technician told us was owed on the spot after they did their work. Over 6 months later, we get a call from them stating we did not pay the required installation cost. We paid what the technician told us to pay on the spot, same day they finished the install, before they left our property. Now they are saying we owe them more money. STAY AWAY Unless you want to get a collections call months later!

When I realized the house was free, he managed to fit us in with just one day's notice (even though he usually books a week out), which was such a huge help. On the day of the job, he and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and left the house looking fantastic - they soft washed the entire house, cleaned the windows on both stories, washed and reinstalled all the screens, cleaned the solar panels, and even cleaned out the gutters. What impressed me most was how communicative and courteous JC was. Since I couldn't be there in person, he sent me plenty of photos and videos of the work, and he also pointed out an issue with the roof that I never would have known about otherwise. That kind of attention to detail and going above and beyond is rare. I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them if you're looking for house washing, window or solar panel cleaning, or gutter cleaning.
