I talked to you on Friday and said you will come on Sunday. Then he said he would call me back. He didn't call me but the carpet cleaner called and said he would come between 10:40 and 11:30. Then he called back again and said he would come between 11:30 and 12:30. Then after around 10 minutes he called back and said he'll be here after 40 minutes. When he came he gave another estimate of $248.00 which is $195.00 for labor. He finished it in 30 minutes and I said it's still look dirty! He said it will look better when it dries. The result is terrible! I could have rented a machine and did it myself. I'm not happy with them. And also the office guy said that they will accept check, but the carpet cleaner asked me fo Venmo.
