Of the companies I contacted, he had great pricing and was very transparent and upfront about costs and potential factors that might affect the price such as condition of subfloor, etc. He gave me a range and wound up charging me on the lower end, which was appreciated. I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. He was able to keep the floor flush in one bedroom, and added a transition for the second because the subfloor had poured concrete and was higher than the landing. He and his guys were on time and did a fantastic job with install and I absolutely love how it turned out! Paul is very proud and passionate about his work and craftsmanship and it shows.

I truly appreciated how he and his team went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Our project was a bit challenging and unique because we only wanted to spot treat areas of hardwood flooring that had been scratched and stained by a former renter. Paul handled it thoughtfully and professionally from start to finish. His 5-star Yelp reviews initially prompted me to request a quote, but it was his outstanding customer service, responsiveness, communication skills, and thoroughness that ultimately earned him the job. His team does exceptional quality work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend Paul and his team for any flooring project!

David was great to work with - he gives it to you straight, gave a very competitive price. There was no pressure to work with him, but he always answered every question before we committed, and continued to communicate regularly throughout the project. He gave an estimated time frame and they beat it by a couple days. They were very accommodating on start date when we asked to move it up, and were happy to work with our schedule when other parts of the house weren't ready for them. Some contractors come one day and dont come back for a couple days - they showed up every day they said they would be here. The crew, Peter and Miguel, worked well together and so they were able to move through the project quickly. The finished product looks great thanks to their attention to detail. Another thing, we were living there during the flooring and they were very understanding and happy to work with us on minimizing the disruption to our home. Lastly, for the material, they referred us to a place nearby that had a great selection, and great price. Would highly recommend Lam's Flooring to anyone who needs flooring work done.

The pricing was fantastic and they got it finished within a week despite my house full of furniture. I waited a month before I submitted the review in case any issues come up and I can now say that no issues and I love my new floors. Everything was done well including the stairs and the baseboards. David was extremely responsive whenever I had a question and his crew Miguel and Jaden were the nicest and most courteous peeps you can meet. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. I've added a few photos of the project in progress so you can see the crew's attention to detail for yourself. Highly, highly recommend!

After putting flooring in just 1/4 or 1/3 of our house he stopped coming for several weeks! We were left with a partial floor and he wouldn't answer calls or texts. When they finally came back after a month he had the excuse that he and all his crew had a sore throat. After finally completing the rest of the flooring, the doors on my daughters closet were so tight that they literally were stuck in place. His crew were going to leave it that way and said there was nothing they could do! We pushed back and said they couldn't leave with a closet full of my daughters things that she could no longer get to! They said there was nothing they could do. We insisted that they try again to adjust the doors which thy finally did and the doors work fine, but they were planning on leaving them no longer working! As they were finishing we noticed the flooring in the kitchen was making loud cracking and popping sounds every time we walked on it. Alex had one of his workers cut out a couple planks (taking off the interlocking edges),and glued them back down. (It is meant to be a floating floor!) within a day or two they were popping and cracking again but even worse now and it is spreading to many other planks. As soon as he got his money he disappeared. He wont answer any calls or texts or messages. We are very frustrated to say the least and will now need to talk to the contractors state license board and his bond company and other avenues because our floor can not stay this way! It you are even thinking about doing business with Odvin "Alex"ander Casimiro Rosales and Pristine Flooring, DON'T! I wish someone had warned us and saved us from this experience. He talks a good game and seems so nice but the skill of his workmanship is not good, he doesn't stand behind his work, and as soon as he gets your money he will disappear. To not even respond to so many efforts to reach out and try to work out a solution is really unbelievable! It has been over a month of trying to contact Alex and he clearly has no interest in being a reputable, reliable or responsible business. After my experience I have looked him up on other review sites and see that others have had the same experience as me, so his terrible flooring installation skills and customer service is obviously the way he operates.
