We then reached out to MACS and they were so assuring and helpful. Francisco showed up very quickly, allowing us to move forward to resolve the situation, and was responsive throughout the process. Nathan is a pleasure to work with - he is professional, communication was a breeze and he is always responsive and never leaves out important details. Overall I was satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them. Water damage is almost always a nightmare, but Nathan and C3 will help you navigate the issue and solve the problem.

As I am sure most people get really upset finding out there could be black mold in their (newly remodeled) home. Nathan was very patient with my millions of questions, and also at handling my tenant who was very worried and angry. It took a little longer than expected but understandable with all the rain. Global warming, and the larger volumes of rain coming down all at once create standing water or water that can seep into cracks near properties..... going to make a lot more work for C3. I had called a bunch of other companies and they were a total nightmare to deal with and their estimates were 6x what Nathan charged. Not only were they horrible companies but they lied to my tenant when they gave the estimate which sent her into a tailspin. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and fair, and got the job done within a week or two of my initial phone call. Also I read the fine print t in the contract so I knew that they don't repair damages caused by tape on walls floor etc. my apartment has painted floors so I sort of expected tape would pull up paint. This company definitely made a bad situation better.

I reached out to them because of a leak, and honestly, they could have easily brushed me off or tried to sell me a service I didn't need. They didn't have to help me at all but they did. They even referred me to a reliable plumber -- and if it weren't for that referral, I'd probably still be sleeping with a leak in my ceiling. The time and care they put into helping me (without making a dime off of it) speaks volumes about their character and professionalism. Thank you, Fix My Home, for going above and beyond.
