Diego and his brother returned and once again, did an excellent job. His commutation is top notch. He is graduating from business school and is a class act! What shocked me was that he had our house records and was able to see what he did last time which was over a year ago. He and his brother are professional, ask great questions and complete the job quickly. I already booked our next appointment since he is getting new customers and filling slots quickly. read more

I couldn't be more impressed with Rinse Charming. I had two large windows that I couldn't get clean. They had hard water and calcium stains that wouldn't come off. We tried everything! My window installer told me there was no way to get them clean and that I needed to replace the glasses. I contacted Rinse Charming and to my surprise, they were able to clean the windows in 1 hour. They were spotless and like new. I highly recommend them. They are super friendly and reasonable. In fact, I'm having them come back and do the rest of my windows this weekend. read more

When we installed solar last year, I didn't realize the importance of cleaning it due to dust and ash. We were serviced by Diego today and he did a great job. He also does window cleaning attaching his card for your perusal. He's full-time student working hard to end living, so I thought to share with the community as his work was good, he was punctual and very communicative. I would recommend him hands-down. read more

I received a flyer from Rinse Charming on my porch. I usually don't pay attention to flyers but this one caught my eye. I contacted them on their website and Diego (owner) came by to give me an estimate, which I thought was very fair. Diego and Miguel came by the next day and cleaned my windows inside and out. They sparkle. Diego and Miguel were very kind and respectful. I am very happy with their work and I highly recommend them. read more

Rinse Charming provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I had my windows and solar panels cleaned. Not only did they clean the windows inside and out, they also cleaned the sills, all were spotless when they were done. Next the solar panels, at first I was hesitant, but finally agreed and I'm glad I did. Again a very professional job and an immediate improvement in solar panel production. While they were at it they replaced my worn and sun damaged screens; tight and like new. I cannot recommend their services enough. A quality, value added job at a reasonable price. read more

Unless you regularly wash your outside windows you may not realize how much you need the services of Diego, aka Rinse Charming. Try him once and you'll be very pleased with him, his work, his professionalism and fair pricing. You might be that person who can do your own windows but for myself, and I'm sure for many others, it's not a trival job. It takes time and it takes energy. It can also be hazardous. Please give Diego a call, I recommend him! read more

Diego and Miguel are two fine hard working, polite, and professional young men. The quality of their work was excellent.

I was looking for a window cleaner for our house when someone, I believe on the app NextDoor recommended Rinse Charming so I looked them up on Yelp and saw their top reviews. Gave them a call and made an appointment. What I noticed right off was first they were right on time. Second they were dressed like professionals with company shirts and second they drove a very clean van. We had preciously set a price and were ready to go when I thought of something else to ask them. Half our house in under an oak tree which is always dropping something on our roof. It's impossible to find a person to just come by and blow off the roof so I asked Diego if he could blow off our roof including the rain gutters plus clean the solar cells on our two solar attic fans. I told him I'd be happy to pay extra, he gave me a fair price and did a great job not only on the roof but also all of our 25 windows and sliding glass door. Will definitely call again when we're ready to have the job done again. read more

Professional, courteous, punctual and my windows were sparkling clean when Diego left. Highly recommend.

I was searching for someone who could clean my solar panels that haven't been touched since install two years ago. I noticed my system looked like it been through a sandstorm. Diego was very professional and did a sparkling job and was super friendly which was a plus. He had pro equipment and company van. No upsell or hard sell, another plus. I did get a discount because he was working in the same city and same day. Highly recommend him to all potential customers. Must book again. Price was reasonable for this tough job. Thank you. read more

Very good services and professional. Easy to make appointment. Diego has done an awesome job. Thank you Diego!

Diego and Miguel did a great job. Our dusty solar panels are now sparkling clean -- nice touch to take pictures while on the roof. Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. read more

I was thinking about hiring someone to clean my solar panels (hasn't been cleaned for years) on the roof for months and didn't find any quality provider. After reading my neighbor's comments about his experience with Diego, I reached out him and had a nice conversation about my cleaning need. Diego was able to provide me with an estimate and texted me his business liability insurance cert (upon my request) shortly after our call. On the day of the appointment, Diego showed up prepared and on time. After the completion, he sent me the pictures of our solar panels before and after cleaning (it was night and day as you can see from the photos). In addition, I noticed that my solar panels generated much more electricity after the cleaning via Tesla app. Overall, I had great and pleasant experience with Diego's communication and service. I even scheduled semi-annual cleaning service with him for next year. Diego deserves and has my strong recommendation. read more

We had our windows cleaned by Diego Vasquez of Rinsecharmingclean.com. I found a door hanger on our front door and we were interested as we have some very challenging windows to reach. He came and gave us an estimate. We arranged a date and time for the job. He was punctual, well prepared and did an excellent and professional job! Not only were the windows clean, the screens and frames and sills were cleaned. I would highly recommend giving this company an opportunity to meet with you if you need your windows cleaned. read more

My wife and I highly recommend Diego and his company. He cleaned all the windows (exterior) and screens on our 2-storey house. He came right at the time he'd stated and worked several hours without stopping till the job was done. When it appeared that some of the windows on our old house could not stand up to power washing, he gave those windows an old-fashioned hand washing and did not charge extra for the added time. He was very professional and pleasant. We would certainly use him again -- worth the money. read more

II'm so glad I called them to request an estimate. Diego came by, checked out my place and gave me a reasonable price. Yesterday he came to wash the windows. His job is outstanding! Windows, screens, border everything is squeaky clean. Will add them to my provider's list and call when my windows are in need of some tlc again. read more
