I was looking for a window cleaner for our house when someone, I believe on the app NextDoor recommended Rinse Charming so I looked them up on Yelp and saw their top reviews. Gave them a call and made an appointment. What I noticed right off was first they were right on time. Second they were dressed like professionals with company shirts and second they drove a very clean van. We had preciously set a price and were ready to go when I thought of something else to ask them. Half our house in under an oak tree which is always dropping something on our roof. It's impossible to find a person to just come by and blow off the roof so I asked Diego if he could blow off our roof including the rain gutters plus clean the solar cells on our two solar attic fans. I told him I'd be happy to pay extra, he gave me a fair price and did a great job not only on the roof but also all of our 25 windows and sliding glass door. I was thinking about hiring someone to clean my solar panels (hasn't been cleaned for years) on the roof for months and didn't find any quality provider. After reading my neighbor's comments about his experience with Diego, I reached out him and had a nice conversation about my cleaning need. Diego was able to provide me with an estimate and texted me his business liability insurance cert (upon my request) shortly after our call. On the day of the appointment, Diego showed up prepared and on time. After the completion, he sent me the pictures of our solar panels before and after cleaning (it was night and day as you can see from the photos).
