I never realized how I love my windows cleaned until I saw what Elias did…read more We've been in our home for 10 years and I've just hosed down my windows. But after he cleaned it, it's like a nice refresh! He also cleaned our solar panels! Definitely provided so much value for the price. Elias is also a friendly and kind person. I admire his passion for customer relationship and service. Definitely be calling them routinely!

Excellent. Did what he said he would do excellently…read more It is so hard to find people who take pride and care in their work. Preston is definitely that. He cared about our home and the work that he presented. He offers a good price but what was more important was that he is trustworthy. We got our roof power washer bc we had a lot of algae caked on. We also got our solar panels cleaned. We were very cautious with finding trustworthy people in case they broke or scratched it, we would never know since we don't go on the roof. We also got our windows cleaned, inside and out. And I'll just say that was the most amazing thing we did. I didn't realize how clean our house could look just with cleaned windows. Highly recommend. We will be repeat customers.

A representative named Tyler came out to inspect the roof, and at first, we were hopeful. He seemed knowledgeable and said they'd follow up with an estimate and next steps. That was the last meaningful contact we had. Despite following up multiple times--not once, not twice, but more than three times--we never received a single call back. No updates, no explanations, nothing. It's incredibly frustrating to be left hanging, especially when you're dealing with water damage and need timely repairs. We ended up having to find another company who actually communicated with us and followed up with timelines. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Laroque Roofing if you're looking for reliability or responsiveness. They wasted our time when we needed help the most. Photo attached is an email after I called the first time for a follow up since they said it would take about 2 days. They saw us the Thursday prior.
