So happy that I found Lickety Split window cleaners. My windows were duty and had water marks from the rain from so may previous years. Ive never had my windows professionally cleaned so I wasn't sure what to expect. Let me just say WOW!!! The crew started on the outside windows and scenes while I left to pick up my kids. Then they did the inside windows and tracks too. I was amazed to see that what my cleaning lady and I could not get looking clean, they did! My windows look new again. I'm the co-owner of ConejoDeals.com and SimiDeals.com. I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering working with Lickety-Split Windows. ConejoDeals.com carefully screens all merchants prior to running them on our site and Lickety-Split was no exception. The owner, Albert Sanchez, met with our staff prior to running the deal and assured us that he would offer exceptional customer service to our members. After we ran the deal, he did service the first few who called to make appointments. However, since then, he has failed to service any of our customers who purchased certificates. Even worse, he has wasted the time of several of our members by scheduling appointments and then never showing up. It has been weeks since he has returned any of our calls and of course he has already been paid by us. We have given literally dozens of refunds to our members as a result of Albert's conduct. But, that is not the end of the story. AFTER Albert refused to respond to us and our customers, he THEN went on to run a deal on Groupon (which, amazingly, is still available) and another on Yelp. At the moment, the first review showing on Yelp is a positive one; if you scroll down you will see a bunch of one star reviews. (You can draw your own conclusions from that.) We were so excited to get a discount coupon offer for Lickety Split Windows. Our windows so desperatly needed their care. It was a struggled to make an appointment. It was very difficult to get a person to answer the phone and the two phone numbers I had for them does not allow you to leave messages. The best appointment I could do was two months out and no weekends were available, forcing me to take time off work. I tried all week long to call and confirm todays appt. Again no answer and the voice mail sysytem does NOT allow you to leave a message. Today at 1PM was my appt. At 1:45 I called the first number. No answer, no message. I called the second number, no answer no message. I called it immediately again and someone answred. They immediatly said they could not talk they were driving. I said, "I hope you are driving to m y house" They said they would call back in 30 minutes. Never showed up. Never called. Sent a text, not even sure if it is a cell phone or not, and told them not to bother anymore. Seems I had the same experience as Rhonda D. I trust that there window cleaning services are excellent and I really hope that they would have showed up to do it or at least allow me the curtiousy to call me. I had an appointment for 9:00 am Sunday morning. By 9:20 I call and left message wondering if they were running late. No return call .I called back at 9:45 and left another message saying that it was very unprofessional that I have not heard back, Albert the owner call back then and said he would be over in two hours. So we said we would reschedule, which last week I did, they were supposed to come this morning and when they didn't show I called and the cal was answered, however I was told they thought it was for noon not 9. I said I was ok with noon as long as they were coming they asserted me they were. However again no-one showed. I called again, no answer. Very unprofessional. The high reviewers are months old and I suspect either family and friends created the reviews our this was when they first started the business and they were on to of things. The man was very nice to me on the phone (but did say they will most likely have to charge me more than the voucher once they get there) I said well... why is that? he said he would tell me when he got there after he could see what my windows looked like. So I scheduled for Dec. 8, right before Xmas. No one called to confirm the appt. So I called to verify that they were coming. Their voicemail was full, and the phone number the voicemail directed me to call was not operable. I called the company I bought the coupon from and was told that Lickety-Split washed windows for a couple weeks, just long enough to collect 2/3 of their pay from the discount coupon retailer and then basically took off, leaving the retailer responsible for refunding everyone's money, ripping them off. My first indication that the company was going to be a problem I had placed at least 6 calls to them before after I ever got a live person on the phone. When I finally caught someone one he phone the owner said he was having breakfast (at 8am) and would call me back. No luck. No call back! I tried for a number of months to book the window cleaning and eventually confirmed a cleaning for this morning between 9-10. No show. No call.
