We have used Inside Out Window cleaning for several years. It's a small, family business and their service has always been excellent. Juan services our home and is very personable, professional, and always does great work. All of their staff have been consistently professional. I'm sad to see some of the negative reviews because I think they have had challenges under the pandemic, and I know in the past, two of their workers were tragically killed in a car accident. There were some delays after that situation, understandably so. Plan ahead if you have an event coming because they do have a busy schedule, but they will work hard to meet your needs. read more

I called and made an appointment for window cleaning. Susan said it would be 4 weeks......... I waited for 4 weeks and never called them....to check. The night before they were supposed to come. Susan called and canceled because one person was sick. She said she would call in two days....FRIDAY......to with another date. Susan did not call, so I called her the following day. She was grumpy and rude; very stressed. Susan said I would have to wait another 4 weeks if no one canceled. She was very short with me for no reason.......and said she didn't like me calling and requesting a date. I called in two days again, and asked if she had any idea when she could work me in, as I did not cancel..........she did. Again Susan was rude and short ........she told me she didn't like me calling to ask. When she had a date.......she's call me but it might be another 4 weeks for all she knew. I'm done with a company who can't be businesslike and pleasant to its customers. PS. I was a customer for many years without this problem. I think she is stressed beyond her coping ....... PS I ran a business for 26 years dealing with customers......Many a time I was stressed, but I was not rude and angry when they called. These guys did an amazing job especially in the time of COVID. They were polite and careful - wore masks the entire time. The windows are super clean. Couldn't be happier. And the woman that answered the phone was very helpful. I will be a repeat customer. read more

The person on the phone is VERY rude and unable to communicate with people in a professional manner. I set up an appoitment and to my misunderstanding they needed to send another crew to clean my solar panels instead, she WAS unable to professionally communicate with me and almost hung up on me and puled her crew. Disgusting customer service from a disgusting woman in the office. After bailing on a scheduled appointment and rescheduling for another day the same week, the crew failed to arrive yet again. I phoned the office to ask for an update (I again needed to plan my day around their visit), and the lady (using this term VERY loosely) was rude, did nothing to fix the situation for a fairly regular customer, and ended up hanging up on me after she finished her tirade! It took years to gain my loyalty, a minute to lose it, and another two minutes to leave a review so that no one else makes the mistake of giving business to these fools. There are lots of other places with better reputations out there to reach out to. read more

From my first contact, to the last window washed, I was very pleased with Inside Out Window Cleaning. Jim came out to give an estimate and explained how they would clean the windows. You can have outside washed only, but go for both inside and out, the price is not that much higher for both. Today when the crew showed up the job was done to perfection, inside and out. The staff was courteous and very careful moving things to get to the windows. I have been washing my own windows for 40 years - no more! I will call Inside Out the next time they need cleaning. Also - they cleaned my solar panels with special water to keep them cleaner and did not go on the roof but used a long pole from the front yard. Inside Out is a local Monrovia business. do not use them! we have been a customer of theirs for a long while; at first they were good but then the owner, turned out to be very facetious and rude. their employee came to clean the windows recently and ended up falling into our window shutters; ordinarily this is not a big deal, we are sure it wasn't intentional, however, you would think the owner would have contacted us to arrange for repair etc. She didn't call; we called her the following day and mentioned our dismay over her lack of contact. her response was; I didn't know that I had to prioritize a phone call to you. she turned out to be disingenuous and rude. there was no apology etc. We have tried to be loyal but it was just a year ago that we discovered she wouldn't return phone calls for appointments and the service just wasn't there any longer. read more

I will NEVER use Inside Out Window Cleaning again. His crew did a good job. But what made my mind on this is the fact the way Jim (owner) treated his crew disrespectfully. He is disrespectful to his crew. No appreciation!!!! When I went to give his crew a tip he said he has to collect it. I talk to one of his guys after the fact and was told that they actually don't recieve the tips. That there tips are new equipment. If you want a crew that does a good job but gets disrespected for no reason go ahead and use this company. But I won't be using a company that is ran by a disrespectful owner.
