Not the first time I've wished I could give more than 5 stars. Jeff came in to do a walkthrough and give me a quote. He was the only carpet cleaning service I called that would actually do a walkthrough before the service. When he came in, I was mid-mental breakdown because I inherited the home and it was not in great condition. He was so kind and hilarious and I instantly felt comfortable, which I cannot say for all vendors I've called (especially the male ones). Scheduling was easy (Gina is extremely communicative) and Jeff was on time. He did a very thorough job and worked around me continuing to pack things up. We found Right-Way through the Nextdoor App and from our first telephone call with Gina, the customer service has been astounding! Jeff came promptly on-time to check out our two chimneys for cleaning and inspection and what blew us away was his care for us. his clients and educating us on chimney safety such as installing carbon monoxide detector, how to properly use our gas fireplace and wood burning fireplace, and some additional minor things that we can do ourselves to ensure we get the best heat source from our two fireplaces. My husband and I moved into a rental home and you should have seen the floors and bathroom! GROSS! Jeff and his team did an amazing job getting the floors clean and cootie-free. I called Jeff and Gina for a quote on cleaning my water heater vent, because a local chimney sweeper flaked on me and never returned my calls. Their local (Monrovia) rates were better than the ones I found locally (SFV), but I ended up paying more since I live more than an hour away from Monrovia. I didn't mind, since I just needed to get the job done and they seemed honest. Jeff made the trek out to our house, and went promptly to work. He explained the work he was doing, the tools he was using, what I could expect to happen, etc. A tarp was laid out to contain any spills. At the end of the job, he showed me a big plastic bag filled with soot that was clogging up my heater vent. He also explained that he did not blow air through the vent out into the roof because it was a foggy day and the soot would probably linger and create problems with the neighbors. He also made sure to leave the garage as clean as how we started. Honest, reliable, clean and thorough work done for reasonable rates. I would not hesitate calling on him again. Wow, I am so pleased with Right-Way! First of all, I called 5 or 6 different places and this was the best price. $100 minimum, others were $125 minimum and above. My stairs in my condo were atrocious! Dog pee stains, drippings from taking out the trash, etc. and they are spotless now! Jeff is such a nice guy and did an amazing job! Not to mention he was only here for an hour I think... he had the stairs done in no time! The results were way better than I ever imagined. Oh my goodness, WOW!! My rugs look like new. I couldn't be happier . Right Way is the ONLY way to go for rug cleaning!! When I called for a quote I left a message and Gina called me back within the hour with a very good quote so we set up a time for pickup. Jeff arrived totally on time and was very friendly and efficient and soon took away the rugs (the picking up being included was fantastic as my 8 x 11 wool rug is VERY heavy). Then Jeff returned the next week at the agreed upon time with my rugs looking like new and returned everything back where it belonged.
