Marco and his son came to clean our sectional, 4 dining chairs, and an area rug this morning. They arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work very expeditiously. They were very polite and friendly. Their quote was between $80-$100 less than local competitors for cleaning a sectional, which felt like a reasonable price considering the size of the sofa. We originally only asked for the sectional to be done but Marco was accommodating in our subsequent request for the rug and chairs; and he quoted us fair prices. The before and after was surprising for the rug (unfortunately no pics taken of the before). All in all, we will be asking Vargas Cleaning to come and do our upholstery cleaning next time! I was very unhappy with their service, my carpet was left feeling sticky and damp for a long period of time. It felt almost as if they did not rinse our carpet clean after the wash. After my many experiences with Vargas Carpet cleaning, I never ran into that issue ever. He explained to me, it depends on the machine each company uses, and I can say his company uses great quality cleaning machines that sucks up the water very strong. She has yellow and green fabric on 10 dinning room chairs and 4 bar stools. All fabric chairs. They were filthy from years of children and animals dropping stuff on them. I did not think anyone could get them clean. But, figured they would look at least better if they were cleaned. Well, Vargas got them so clean they look like new. I cannot recommend this vendor more. If there's a negative star, I would give it. I have been doing business with them for 8-10 years now since I have a 4-flex. Every time the renter moves out or have issue with carpet I call them. This time they really pissed me off to write a review consider this is my first review ever. After they installed the new carpet, they didn't install the right trimming at the door and didn't vacuum so I just paid them and told them to come back another day to change the trimming and vacuum. They did come back to do that but broke 2 of my tiles at the door where they replaced the trimming. I didn't really look at the tiles since I have a trust relationship thinking that I always use their service. They didn't have the courage and honesty to tell me that they accidentally broke it.
