He removed every single leaf & trace of debris that he cleared out, texted me before & after pics and also recommended solar panel cleaning. Messaged Dennis through yelp and he was very quick to respond, he gave me a reasonable estimate range based on the info I told him. And we booked a time. He and Maria arrived right on time, we did a walk around to scope out the house and they went to work. They were probably done in about 1.5hrs (inside and outside cleaning including screens) I found out they can also do shower glass with chemicals to break up the hard water stains. But when they were done, I noticed they had not squeegeed off the outside of the windows. "These are going to be all water-spotted!" I said. "You need to dry them." Dave said no, they used special water that didn't leave spots. I said no way, I'd be calling him back. He said I could pay him later if I didn't believe him.
