Saw some signs around neighborhood and gave Window Wizards a call for some holiday lights. I just wanted something simple and I am well past my roof climbing days. Last week (Sept. 2024) we had Window Wizards do a couple of things on our house. They cleaned the roof/gutters and the solar panels, washed the windows (interior and exterior), and power washed the exterior of the house, as well as the driveway and the steps to the front door. Communication before and during the work was excellent - timely, professional but also friendly. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and left everything in perfect order when they left. Will and his team are serious, hard-working people, and they work very well together. The quality of work was excellent. Immediately after washing the solar panels, our power generation went up 15%; and the windows, driveway and exterior of the house haven't looked this good since the house was built. Buyer beware! I purchased holiday lights from Will last year. No contract, cash only. He explained that he would put them up, take them down and store them. He led me to believe that for the cost of the lights, this service was included. This year I learned that it would cost me $500 to have them put up, taken down and stored. I told Will that this was complete misrepresentation, that I had already paid for the lights and to just drop them off. He said that would cost me another $300. I refused to pay any more, and he agreed to drop them off. Currently, he cannot locate the lights I purchased and told me he "doesn't have the time to look for them." When I asked for a refund, he responded with a "Ha Ha" emoji. I attended a neighborhood event this morning and learned that others have complained about Window Wizards business practices.
