I immediately talked to a human being when I called their number and was able to schedule the cleaning within minutes with very friendly, helpful service. The cleaners themselves communicated the exact time of their arrival (even if it was a little late) and did a great job at making sure no spot was missed and handled the entire project professionally. My house now looks like it just went through a car wash, all at a very fair price. I will be returning to Window Wizards and cannot recommend them enough.

We were fortunate and had no Eaton Fire damage but we did have an awful lot of ash. Adam was one of our first calls after the Eaton Fire and he washed the roof, cleaned the gutters, and washed the solar panels. More recently we had an event at our house so he cleaned all of the windows in our very window-y mid-century house. The windows were poorly painted some years ago and he was nice enough to remove excess paint on the glass. Can't recommend him highly enough. We are now at the age where we are politely told, a lot, "oh gee, best not to climb on the roof anymore" so Adam is, in addition to making our house nicer, is helping us age in place.

He complains about the sizes of the jobs, he lives at the office & the trucks are never ready to go when it's time. When it's time to make new hoses because pressure hoses break from wear & tear he doesn't like doing that either, there's hardly clean rags for when it's time to do window jobs. The owner John gives him a lot of leeway as well & the other employees have said every past employee including the ones working there have a problem with Heber. Just a very unorganized & unprofessional company with 0 team chemistry. I'd shop around before hiring this company.
