We had VIP Raingutters install rain gutters on our two story home last month. From start to finish, it was completely painless. Tali, the owner, was completely reliable, and obviously knows his business. I'd use him again in a heartbeat. Tom M. Simi Valley 10/18/17 read more

Very professional, did a great job. They made the downspouts the perfect height for my rain barrels. What impressed me most was after getting some rain, I needed some adjustments. They came out 2x (months after the install) without a question to do what I asked without charge. Highly recommended. read more

Outstanding work. We couldn't be happier with our new rain gutters. Tali came right out for an estimate and several days later, our job was done. We got other estimates, but VIP had everyone beat. I highly recommend them!! read more

After coming out to our house the representative, Tali, who was very nice and pleasant, has gone MIA? My wife and I have called, texted, and e-mailed with no reply. Disappointing because we were ready to move forward. I'd consider using another company as this company may be to busy to service new customers. read more

We had three different companies coming in to provide estimate and a description of the work. VIP was the most reasonable price and best quality of materials and workmanship. Tali is very friendly and professional. He explained the work, materials, the gutter size, the color options... The workers came in on time and worked very clean. They did a beautiful job with the gutters and the spouts. We definitely recommend VIP gutter to anyone without any reservations. read more

If you want an SUPER job done with no hassle then VIP Rain Gutters is the company to call. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is Excellent! Everything you ask them to do , they complete with a smile. Tali gave us a good price and was very accommodating. All the guys on the job bent over backwards to provide the customer what they wanted. In this business environment you don't find many businesses that have such good customer service as these guys. Thank you very much! We won't hesitate to recommend you! read more

Tali was so helpful, communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. He did the best job for a great price. Really love the work he did. Efficient and great quality. Highly recommend! read more

Tali brings a no-nonsense, get-'er-done attitude to gutter installation. He was prompt in communication, offered the most competitive price among several bids, and his team worked efficiently to install ~400 linear feet of gutters in less than a day. Bottom line: You will like the way your house looks afterward. read more

By far and I mean by far the best company! Pricing was fair the employee that came to my house was poliet and did all of the work ensuring the time proper amount of time was taken on the project. It was not like some of the bigger companys that come in slap stuff together and get out. No, they took the time to ensure everything was done right. I feel communication is key, and I was able to get ahold of the project manager on a sunday, I requested they come back to my property to check on something and he scheduled a date of return. I thought this was going to be like most companies and they wouldnt show(because they already received the money from me) and since I had such a pleasant experience I gave them the benefit of the doubt. As promised they showed up and addressed my concern. To me that shows that a company has real potential and cares about their clients. If anyone needs gutters these are the first people I am recommending. If you do not believe me just take the chance and have them come by for an estimate, I typically bargain, but I didnt have to with these guys the price was fair and the work was done properly. One more thing I had two other companies give me quotes, first guys came out saw the level of detail on my project and just gave me a price no measurements, no math, no concern for what materials or color, just a price. Without thinking I told those guys to take a hike. With these guys it was another story they took measurements reviewed colors and options then gave me a price! I know this sounds trivial but they were the only ones to do it. Prices do vary depending on materials used, but for the other guys they just throw a price at you and hope it sticks. I want to say thank you for the work and the attention to detail from the moment of the estimate to the follow-up. read more

Tali took care of our needs very well. We had an interesting situation where we forgot to have him install a section of gutter on a certain side of the house. Even though it was our fault, he came back out and added the gutter we forgot to have him install and charged for it like it was part of the original job. He didn't have to do that and it was much appreciated. read more

Hands down the best construction-related experience I've ever experienced. Tali was professional, prompt, reasonably priced, efficient, and delivered on all his promises. We've had a lot of rain in Los Angeles over the last few months and my rain gutters/downspouts were badly clogged and needed maintenance. I found VIP Rain Gutters on Yelp after not being able to reach another gutter service that had been highly recommended to me by a friend. Tali of VIP came by to assess what needed to be done and the work was done within a week - VIP did a really great job. My rain gutters/ downspouts are now cleared, the roof was cleaned off and gutter screens were installed where needed for a reasonable price. Tali was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use VIP for rain gutter maintenance from now on! read more

Tali and his team are great. I called after a rainstorm caused one of our gutters to fall off and break. Tali had a team of guys at my house at 7:30AM on New Year's Eve to make sure the job was done before any more rain. Not only did they replace the broken gutter (matching it perfectly to our preexisting gutters) but they also cleaned out the rest so that we didn't have the problem again. The job was done quickly...the crew was polite, and all wore masks even while working outside. I highly recommend Tali and VIP rain gutters. read more

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. I can't believe the great service. The employees were very friendly and communicated exactly what they needed from me to complete the job. I called on Monday this week to get an estimate and the job was completed on Thursday. They arrived on time as promised and were very efficient and cleaned up afterwards. My new gutters look great. I would definitely recommend this company for your gutter needs. I called 2 other companies with a lack of response that caused them to lose my business. Happy that they didn't respond otherwise I would have not found "Tali" from VIP Rain Gutters! read more

After having my roof replaced I was in need of new rain gutters. I asked around and received three different estimates and decided on VIP Rain Gutters for two reasons, Tali, The owner showed up right on time and because of Tali himself. Tali explained all my options regarding colors, styles and down spout locations and his price was extremely competitive. On the day of the installation, Tali texted me photos of the completed work and I was more than happy. Everything looked fantastic. I cannot recommend Tali and VIP Rain Gutters highly enough. Well, that was easy. I've used a lot of contractors over the years and, in my experience, if they show up at all, I consider it a minor victory. VIP Rain Gutters, however, was a breath of fresh air. From the outset, it was clear that I was dealing with professionals. Communication was crystal clear, they showed up on time for both the initial meeting and the job, they gave me a fair quote, they were quick and efficient and they left the site cleaner than they found it. If you're looking for a gutter specialist, give them a call. You will not be disappointed. read more

Tali, the owner, is very knowledgeable. He advised me correctly on the timing of the rain gutter installation relative to other work I was having done (new roof, exterior paint). His estimate was very reasonable and he honored it even though I had to delay by several months. He is prompt, very professional, does high quality work, and is very responsive. I would highly recommend VIP Rain Gutters. read more

Very professional, great work, excellent price. Since I do a lot of my own work around the house, I am very picky and difficult to please when it comes to contractors. VIP Rain Gutters and Tali showed me what a truly professional contractor can and should do. Always on time, Tali quoted the job on the spot. He came back to bring me a color sample so we could paint the trim, and once again to sign the contract. His crew showed up on time and got to work. They checked with me when they had a question. Other than that, I barely knew they were there and they finished in less than a day. Beautiful, new gutters around the house. I highly recommend Tali and his crew. read more

I was in need of rain gutters, especially with all the rain we have had recently. I had problems with the rain coming off the roof and flooding the flower beds and my side yards. I called two companies, left messages with them with no return calls. Saw an ad in a weekly home repair magazine for VIP rain gutters. I gave them a call. I talked to Talie, the owner. We set up a time for the estimate. He showed up right on time. From the time I met him I knew that I was in good hands. He did all the measurements. He also gave me some recommendations on how to make the job come out better. He gave me a price that was very reasonable. I signed a contract and we set up a time for installation. He showed up on time and installation was perfect. It rained really hard that night and I had no flooding problems. I was in construction for 42 years and am usually hard to please. I highly recommend VIP Rain Gutters. Thanks Talie, Fantastic job! read more

I had rain gutters installed in my rear patio area, a couple of years ago and one of the end caps continued to leak. The company who installed them attempted to repair the problem (4) times and was unable to fix it. I called VIP to come out and take a look at the gutter. Tali arrived early and he was able to diagnose the problem. He sent his crew out and they quickly repaired the problem. Tali was very professional and polite. He took his time and explained the entire process. I am very pleased with the outcome. If you are experiencing problems with your rain gutters, I truly recommend VIP and Tali to solve your problems. read more

Just installed my rain gutters this Wednesday and they look great. Called VIP Rain Gutters and spoke with Tali (the owner). I made an appointment for an estimate at 6pm due to my work schedule and Tali said no problem he will meet me at 6pm. He kept his word and came right on time. He was great, explained everything and best of all his price was better than the other companies I got estimate from. The job was completed in one day and when I got home there were no mess! He even threw in a couple of rain splash for free. I highly recommend VIP Rain Gutters, bring on the rain! Thanks Tali. read more
