JC was wonderful to work with! From our very first conversation, JC was professional and courteous…read more- he clearly explained the pricing, provided detailed estimates and documentation, and patiently worked with me while I figured out a time that would be convenient (this was sort of a secret mission to clean my parents' house while they were out of town since they would never have allowed me to have this done otherwise!). When I realized the house was free, he managed to fit us in with just one day's notice (even though he usually books a week out), which was such a huge help. On the day of the job, he and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and left the house looking fantastic - they soft washed the entire house, cleaned the windows on both stories, washed and reinstalled all the screens, cleaned the solar panels, and even cleaned out the gutters. What impressed me most was how communicative and courteous JC was. Since I couldn't be there in person, he sent me plenty of photos and videos of the work, and he also pointed out an issue with the roof that I never would have known about otherwise. That kind of attention to detail and going above and beyond is rare. I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them if you're looking for house washing, window or solar panel cleaning, or gutter cleaning.
