Very good and quick service. The coffee was very strong. I got a caramel latte and am not sure if caramel was actually out into it. Cute location

Urbana is the perfect quaint little coffee shop to meet all your needs. I frequently take business meetings here because it's quiet enough to hear each other and it's also family friendly. There's something on the menu for everyone, and their seasonal flavors are my favorite!

I went to the Findlay Market to explore the local hidden gems. Suddenly, this little lovely cafe seized my attention. Since it was late afternoon, I ordered a decaf latte with oat milk (sorry for messing up the options to make it even not like a "real" coffee lol), and the taste was impressive! The baristas were friendly as well. Grabbing such a warm cup of coffee in rainy days is always amazing. :)

I came here with some friends for birthday! It was so fun! The vibes walking in were so good upon entrance. It was very trendy and made for a great place to take cute photos. The baristas were really kind, but service was a little slow since it was only 2 of them and we were a bigger group. Not a complaint, just an observation and a note that it's not the best if you're in a big rush. My friend got a croissant that I tried, it was very good and flaky. I got a blueberry muffin that was delicious! Overall would recommend!!!

LOVED this coffee shop in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. I was in town for work and Urbana was steps away from my hotel, located inside of the Atlas building. It was easy to find and once inside, I stepped into a funky, modern, and spacious cafe. The vibrant rugs and wall mural definitely added to the atmosphere, which is totally a vibe I can get into. The music was rather loud but I did have headphones so I was able to tune into whatever music I was in the mood for. They also have electrical outlets scattered around the seating. Thank goodness because it wasn't long before I needed to juice up my laptop. I got a lot of work done during my stay and I can confidently say that the wifi was strong. Placing my order was a breeze, but it did take the barista a good ten minutes to get to my drink. I went around 9am, which I'm sure is a busy time. The ladies behind the counter were putting in work and by the time I was settled in at a table, they were calling my order. I went with an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and a butter croissant. The croissant was pillowey on the inside, with a light crust on the outside - perfecto! My latte was also delicious. When I asked if I could get my water bottle filled, they were happy to do it. Very grateful for that. No need to waste another cup. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I catch myself back in the neighborhood. Five stars all around.

Really cute coffee shop with quality coffee. The cappuccino was delicious and I'm always appreciative of coffee shops that serve in real mugs/cups. I'm tired of drinking out of paper. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don't carry imitation sugar at all. Which I find really odd for a coffee shop, luckily I usually carry my own supply with me just for these types of situations.

Love the atmosphere of this location! So beautiful with the gold, vintage chairs, cool furniture and spaciousness. They had a decent amount of cushioned seating which is actually rare in coffee shops these days, so I really appreciate it as someone with a bad back! The staff is also very friendly and engaging. They have good coffee and snacks, and I believe this location had a section of grab and go foods as well. If you're looking for a place to hang downtown near the Aranoff and Fountain Square, this is a great location.

No Wifi! Deal breaker. I love the atmosphere but avoid attending when I need to complete work. I would be a regular if they added wifi!

Only thing is I wish they could make it gluten free. I got the Mira bowl in a kid size portion and had boiled eggs as an add on. Perfect portion! The bartender recommended the smaller size since I was getting waffles and I'm glad she made that suggestion. Lavender latte with oatmilk was light and delicate. Just what I was looking for. Nothing was too sweet and I enjoyed everything. The inside had a nice airy feel to it. They have a cute little kids corner filled with books and fun stuff for the little ones to stay busy while waiting on meals. They close at 3 so I recommend enjoying it for brunch/lunch!

Or you can be seated at a table in a large open dining area. Very community conscious with a ramp for wheelchair to get from main hostess area to the dining area. I was seated right away. Being visitor from VA Beach, I asked what's the recommended dish, the server suggested omelette. But I wasn't in the mood for omelette so I saw shakshuka. I tried their Green Goddess version that has spinach (instead of tomato sauce) and feta. The food is a solid 3. I also ordered the Dubai Chocolate latte. It was a 3 as you taste more the milk than the chocolate syrup. I also got their chocolate chip banana bread.
