I want to clarify that I have nothing against people speaking languages other than English; in fact, I speak a couple of languages myself. While I don't speak Spanish fluently, I do understand a little of it. However, when customers shop at a national retail chain like Target, employees need to provide customer service to everyone, regardless of the language they speak. It was disappointing to see some workers walk past customers and ignore those who didn't speak Spanish. If you are not willing to assist customers who don't share your native language, then working at Target or any national retail store may not be the best fit for you.

I'm a huge fan (and member) of Fabletics, and I find Old Navy to be comparable in quality to that line but wayyyy less expensive in price. As for layout / organization / staffing - I find even on super busy days this location's line moves quick and is pretty organized. Last but not least, don't sleep on the shoe selection in Miami. DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, "Yes, go." On top of that, a young woman sales associate standing at the register laughed at me when I explained that my bag changed color on 1 side after the first days: parts of it turned slightly bluish instead of the beige shade I chose. She laughed and asked "What brand are your jeans?" in a mocking tone, as if it were something to make fun of. I said that my jeans were from Zara, a good brand. It was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that everyone there works just like I do and there is nothing wrong with wearing Zara! A manager should enhance the customer experience, not ruin it. Diego showed 0 regard for how he spoke to customers and demonstrated none of the qualities expected from someone in a leadership role. His attitude, tone, and behavior were completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and shocked. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager representing a luxury brand. Michael Kors needs to take this seriously! No customer should ever be treated this way!
